just seen this on Martin Lewis site, link here
http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/deals/swagbucks?

never heard of it myself but if on Martin Lewis would guess its genuine. its with swagbucks if your going to spend £25 anyway on something over a variety of retailers then if you claim through the link you get lots of bonus points which you can have as PayPal cash or voucher. the link explains how to claim and how to boost it £12 but I'll just copy and paste here
hth
Swagbucks pays you points (called SB) when you click through and spend at around 500 selected retailers, including M&S, Argos, Homebase and Debenhams. The points can then be cashed in for gift cards, PayPal credit or other rewards.

Usually you only get a few points for spending via Swagbucks, but newbies to its Shop & Earn cashback offers who go via this MSE Blagged Swagbucks* link by Tue 19 Jul will get 2,040 bonus points if you click through to a retailer and spend £25 or more (as well as the normal points for your spend).

That gets you at least £10 in vouchers or PayPal cash. But we've blagged a trick to get you up to £12, if you go for the Amazon gift cards (more on that below).

You should only use this deal if you were planning to spend at one of the 500 retailers anyway, it's not an excuse to overspend. It's worth noting it can take up to 32 days for your voucher to be available to claim, so you can't use it on your £25 spend.

Warning: Don't enter any additional promotional codes when you make a purchase via Shop & Earn, as this will invalidate the MSE bonus offer.

How do I get the £10 voucher or cash?

Once your points have been awarded (it takes up to 32 days), visit the 'rewards store' to choose which gift card you want - Amazon, M&S, Argos, John Lewis, iTunes and more. It will arrive within 10 working days, either by post or email in the case of voucher codes. You can also convert your earnings into PayPal cash but it costs more points (1,689 = £10 Amazon, 1,989 = £10 PayPal).

How do I boost it to £12?

You can usually only redeem £3, £5 and £10 gift cards. However we've blagged a £1 Amazon option for users who earn this bonus, so you could redeem a free £12 Amazon voucher without having to earn any extra points, by getting a £10 and two £1 vouchers.

What counts as a newbie?

To qualify for the offer, you can be an existing Swagbucks user, as long as you haven't used its Shop & Earn cashback offers before. If you're not sure, visit your account (top-right corner), and check for any transactions in 'My Shop & Earn'.

Giftcloud are one of the 500 merchants - which sell amazon Gift Cards

So you could buy a £25 Amazon voucher through Giftcloud via Swagbucks and get the further £12 of Amazon vouchers from the promo - works out at a 32% discount

Genuinely wouldn't go near swagbucks if i was given £100 cash directly into my hand. Endless spam and advertising emails from a multitude of different companies both here and from the US. Some days up to 6 -10 emails!! And i know it was them, as i used a one off email address i set up just for their site. Their sign up incentive is great in theory, and then when you do the surveys and stuff they ask you pretty much all the questions before saying you're not suitable etc and pay you 5p. Don't waste your time for £12!

I googled and there as an offer from them on here before and several people appeared to have the same problem. It's not good enough really is it. I've been entering different card numbers and all of my details time and time again. I've dropped them a message but if there service is anything to go by i'm not hopeful.

My debit card was unsuccessful also, got a txt from my bank asking if i had attempted the transaction as they presumably think these people are suspicious after replying yes my card was unblocked and second attempt went through fine.

I've received an order confirmation and the order numbers they use look exactly like the Amazon gift code numbers eg. 3SYQ-NE8S-TLR3M. I think we both thought they were the voucher codes because i tried it too.

Maybe they have to do it manually?

The vouchers are normally instant from Giftcloud. Their Facebook page and Twitter has not been updated since April and someone posted on their Facebook page last month that they've waited over 12 hours and still not received their voucher.

Also on their contact us page, it says you can "drop us a line" but there is no Telephone number, just an email address and contact form.

Boots and Superdrug are also included in the retailers for this offer - have just done my normal Superdrug toiletry shop (looking out for their 3 for 2s / BOGOF on things that I would buy anyway, to maximise deal potential), and will look forward to cashing out the £10 in 32 days time.

I haven't had 1 spam email off swagbucks and I have been a member for years (probably some ticked box in your account allowing them to contact you?). I'm a paid survey expert and I would say that while swagbucks does pay out and is an established website, they frequently have already expired surveys showing or 1's you have no chance of qualifying for. Also it's not 5p you get for not qualifying. Its 1SB which is equal to half a penny

I've received my Amazon code for £25 ,tried it with Amazon - hasn't worked yet. My code is 13 characters long without the 2 dashes. Amazon says it should be 14-15. Swagbucks says it will credit me $25 within 30 days. Still says it is processing the Amazon GC. Maybe my code is my purchase ref. - not the Amazon card ref. {Ha ha Seb - nice crash).

I am sorry for the delay you have experienced.

As we are a digital service we sometimes require to make extra checks on transactions to combat unusual activity and prevent fraud.

Unfortunately it looks as though your gift was held up in this process.

I got my Amazon giftcard after 2 days of waiting - they don't work on the weekend. (Really poor show when you consider a lot of people buying giftcards are doing it as a last minute thing!)

The transaction with GiftCloud hasn't tracked at all on Swagbucks - after 1 week. You need to wait at least 30-ish days before submitting a claim.

Swagbucks is pretty crappy compared to Quidco & Topcashback. I wish I didn't bother.
ihaveaquestion
10 Jul 16 #77
same, i'm not sure if its tracked for me.. it was a lot of messing about. If they don't pay up after the 30 days I'll close the account and tell people not to join the every time i see the mentioned. That tends to be how these things pan out!

dealchaser888
18 Jul 16 #79
beware giftcloud.com !!!

first time order with them for amazon £25 in the early morning , now get email asking to email them my passport & bills details to them

because of " as fraudulent by our system due to unusual behaviour"

not mention anything about bank or failed transaction at all.

I would understand if there is problem with bank transaction but asking me for such personal details is not OK nowadays. (remember the people of bank center at Indian sold such scammers!)

I am so regretted to order and register with all my details.

PS now their website is not available to log in as well, I really want to know how to un-register with them now
ihaveaquestion
19 Jul 16 #80
I had a couple of blocked orders too, I think because I made them in the early hours. That's what my bank told me anyway. I tried with three cards and two banks didn't even get back to me, so I assume they simply don't alert you to every attempt that looks suspicious. Eventually my order went through so I think the site is legit, but it was so much messing about that I won't be using giftcloud again.
dealchaser888
24 Jul 16 #81
glad you could sort it out, how could they just ask me casually to send passport details online to them just to qualify a shopping (£25) really buds me. Even their goal is pure. To me, it just looks like someone phone you suddenly and saying they are from Window and they know something wrong with your computer and instruct you to let them take control with your computer over your phone.

I had asked them to cancel my account and they said so. But not sure how it really are.

I buy something with Boots instead for this deal, at least I know they are generic shop. Good lesson for me I would only stick with Amazon, wilko or other most trustful sellers. Too much to bear to share all my personal and bank details. Bank would blame you straight away first if anything go wrong with cards etc.

Nowadays shopping become a lot of works...compare cash back sites... voucher code site, app promotion etc. Actually for me all these just to make me shop less because of all the works have to be done.

Boooo..

As a reminder, in case you havent kept it and want to show them, this is what their original sign up email stated:

To receive your £12 bonus: 1. Make a cash back purchase of £25 or more from your favourite store through http://www.swagbucks.co.uk/shop before July 19, 2016.
2. Use any coupons found on Swagbucks during purchase. Any other coupon from third-party sites may prevent proper tracking of your purchase resulting in no cash back or bonus.
3. Once your shopping SB credits, your account will be credited with the 2,040 Swag Up (bonus), worth £12 in gift cards.

So I replied to email again & got the same automated reply again! Can anyone advise me how to open a "Ticket" to get them to look into this for me?
