Meaning the seller may well give you the runaround then ask you to ship the defective item to China, costing more than the item. Buy in haste, repent at leisure.

Gotta be better than anker, 24 month warranty because they know you'll get bored of replacing after the third time.

It's not quick. But on the plus side, it charges my S6 fast

Sorry but this is likely a fake. The price direct from Xiaomi is the exact same (149 yuan = 15.65gbp) . How does the re-seller make profit and is paying shipping fees too.

Probably get a discount for buying them in bulk.

Seller wants to clear his stock at a less profit..

Shipping is aggregated to a European hub. That's why it takes so long and why there's no tracking etc. That way postage is alot cheaper for them.

No such thing especially on newish Xiaomi products. They are very strict about shutting down re-sellers in China, there is no bulk discount from them, unless Xiaomi themselves are trying to clear stock, but then everyone would be this price. Look at other much bigger resellers such as gearbest or even more popular aliexpress sellers, they can't sell even close to that price. The only possibility they are genuine is if they are stolen.
Yes but the seller is already in negative profit before aliexpress fees and discounted shipping. The only legitimate way to buy the original power bank in China is direct through Xiaomi for 149 yuan. If its cheaper its either fake or stolen. This product is in very high demand so it's not going to be 'stock clearance'

Xiaomi will be better quality. The rating 24000 is not a true indication of how much charge you will get from it. Nearly 50% will be lost during conversion. You will probably get higher efficiency from the Xiaomi, they only use quality batteries/parts in their power banks.

There were a lot of fakes claiming to be 20000mAh Xiaomi when the largest that they made was 16000mAh, so this is probably left overs from then. Xiaomi do now make a 20000 but, as said, they will be quite a bit more expensive.

Hold on. Let's try and unpick this.
1. Do not use/buy counterfeit chargers. They provide inconsistent power outputs and can potentially damage the device that it's charging.
3. The RRP of this on the official websites are as follows:
£16.18 China (149 yuan)
£17.50 in Hong Kong
£23.30 in India.
4. What is the cheapest price of this specific charger locally in China from non-Xiaomi retailers?

Mine arrived today from a different seller and as promised I'm posting back here to let you know if mine is fake or not.
It has a security code/QR sticker on the box which when scratched and scanned verifies it's genuine. But I'm 99.9% sure mines fake anyway. :man:

I also felt its fake. I had 1000mAh power bank bought directly form Xiaomi. This one is of poor quality in terms of charding, recharging. It delivered from Nederlands.

I have the 1000mah one too and it's brilliant.
The fake one charges my smart ultra 6 six 1 1/3 times.
