hey my sons headset is broken he has bought new headset but old controller doesnt have 3.5mm jack if i purchase this can this replace one he got and current one used as spare or second one..just a bit confused with the op comment about good for a second controller im not very technical thanks

This controller has the old headphone socket and the 3.5mm one so it works with the older headset and it works with 3.5mm jacked ones.

Good price, I expect these will go on offer (just like the original non-3.5mm jack controllers did) very soon as MS start to replace these with the new design controllers with the better grip, better range and bluetooth.

Design, main feature is it includes both wireless and Bluetooth and can also run on PC without adapter.
