This deal popped up on my xbox one dashboard, so presume it's only available if you've let your live subscription lapse.
Not the cheapest for 12 months subscription, but not far off + you get a game that normally costs over a tenner. Not my cup of tea, but hope it's useful for someone.
nb. Can't link to the xbox dashboard, so link goes to xbox.com. It looks like the deal is only available on the dashboard.

Im guessing this is for people who don't currently have an active subscription, game is currently £11.99 on the dashboard so if you are interested in the game £20 for 12 months is a good deal, heat added :smiley:

On the tile-advert it said that the code would be sent via Xbox message before 30/07/16, so I'm not sure if people would have received them yet.
I haven't bothered with the offer, been milking Fallout for as long as I can so haven't needed Live.. plus I'm hoping for better deals around E3.

the banner advert has disappeared from my dashboard since the latest Insider preview update, but if you go to:
Store > Subscriptions > Xbox Live/Learn More and select the dropdown, the annual payment is showing as £31.99, which is the 20% figure same as the deal on the tile.
(clicking through other adverts for 12 months Live results in standard price £39.99)

Cool... guess i'm in the 'show him the you've just expired adverts' at the moment - mine is just pushing the 4 free games with gold...
I'm in no rush as playing Witcher so don't need Live except for the free games, so hopefully it will appear in a few days/week

Last night it was on the front screen, in one of the advert boxes on the right. Haven't looked today yet.
My gold expired a little over a month ago, but I'd have presumed this offer was available to anyone without gold.
It's available for a month, so might appear when your adverts refresh.
