Just been to my local Tesco in Greenfield near Oldham and they have Wild Turkey 81 bourbon for £11.50, reduced to clear.
Not sure if it`s just this particular store or wider afield.

I paid £15 last Saturday and it was marked up as reduced £8 from £23, seemed a great deal as it was so I picked one up.
Now here's something I hope someone knows about, I always keep my vodka and gin in the refrigerator, I like the coldness and it helps the ice last longer. I'm a bit weird that I also like to keep my bourbons in the fridge too, but I noticed the Wild Turkey went cloudy and I could see darker particles floating around. It seemed as if something had separated? Does anyone know whats going on here?
I've took the bottle out of the fridge thinking it was ruined, but after a day it's recovered and looks normal again, and I think it still tastes the same.

You should store vodka in the freezer (if it freezes then its not vodka, but water!). Bourbon/Whisky should be stored at room temperature otherwise you lose flavour.

Is it chill filtered? It's the latest fad in whisky but I wouldn't have thought they'd do it with bourbon which goes with ice a lot, basically they filter them so they don't do what it did for you, had with a bottle I left in the car overnight.

i wouldn't worry about it. Last night I started on a bottle of wild turkey 101. I added some ice to it and let it sit for a while as I had other things to do before settling down to enjoy my drink and it went quite cloudy as the ice had melted somewhat, but it was rather tasty all the same

Good price but it's not a great bourbon.

They were £15 in my local this morning...
Worth a punt at £11.50 but as mentioned, far from a great bourbon, makes a decent bourbon & coke though

Not a national deal, but a good one if you can get it

Nice! Will check my local store just in case. Think I'm hooked on Buffalo Trace now after picking up an offer recently! Very drinkable.
