I tried defrosting them in the fridge but after 4 hours neither me or the lobster could bear the cold and called it a truce. The treaty between me and the lobster people has held firm since then and at all our referendums when we raise I glass I always refer to it as a "prawn toast" which always gets a laugh, even if it is a bit racist.
