As bubbs mentioned some (lots?) of these are available to choose as "my picks" too which gives a 20% discount. Just done a very quick test for collection within the offer period (10-12 June).
3 x chicken tikka with rice (which are listed at £3.24 each)
Estimated total
3 items £2.92
savings -£4.86
My Offers Savings -£1.94
HOT!
Those discounts 50% and 20% are both applied to the full price. Assuming this is accurate... a full 70% off the usual price so in this example just over 97p for each £3.24 meal.

Well my wife tried again on the Saturday morning (around 10am), the stock availability was even worse. There were no Indian chicken dishes on the shelves at all. For me this is typical of Waitrose Billericay, great service from the staff very poor stock availability. It seems to be store specific, someone needs to get a grip. If you work there tell me your name and I will take it up personally next time I visit.

Bought a selection of Waitrose indian meals this morning from Waitrose Billericay, selection was limited and stocks are low. Possible empty shelves by lunchtime. Waitrose needs to get its act together when it promotes this kind of offer.

Although this offer has now ended, I'd like to explain about your experience.
The extra Indian stock came in early Friday morning and probably hadn't gone out onto the shelves yet when you went in.
Our branch anyway, was sent alot of extra stock every day, although by the end of today we had sold out of Kormas, everything else was still in stock.
I don't think that's bad for such a brilliant offer.
I love the Jalfrezi and Tikka Massala. As good (or better) as most of the takeaways round here.

Got to say I find their Pick Your Own section very counter intuitive and very frustrating to search and add. 2/10 Waitrose.
Can't see that myself on my picks atm in fact can't find it on waitrose website at all :/

in my opinion they're the best of the supermarket curries as is the peshwari naan bread. had them all, had worse in restaurants
I like these Waitrose Indian meals a lot, they are much better than the other supermarkets.
The butter chicken I was not keen on, but it was my taste (didn't like the buttery taste) rather than the quality. It had good large pieces of chicken and a nice thick sauce.
If you buy something from Waitrose and don't like it they let you take it back, where they will refund AND re[lace it, so you have nothing to loose.

Chilled Indian meals, nice and relaxed, washed down with plenty of lager, wallowing in the warm comforting wealth that allows you to shop at Waitrose. Can't stand stressed, anxious Indian meals. Hot. (well the Jalfrezi is any way)
