I am not actually sure what is happening here, why is the driver driving away and why does the woman already have a fire extinguisher?

Murky Murco. If ever there was a worse name for fuel that you put into your pride and joy, I've not heard it!

Voted hot but prices shouldn't be anywhere above 99p never mind £1.01 with cheap wholesale prices.

You forgot most of the price is the tax the government put on fuel not the actual fuel itself

I think that the staff member lifted the fire extinguisher for reasons unconnected to the incident, the car filling up was intending to not pay for fuel, the passenger filled up and the driver saw the staff member and panicked and drove off, stopping briefly to let the passenger get in.

Um I didn't look carefully enough until you mentioned it.
Um right timing for the staff to come to collect the extinguisher. You might be right, aimed to fill and run but forgot the lady so stopped a bit further.
This is why they are filling and running prices have soared.
Oh well have I adopted a wrong method to save my money. Cutting down on my car journeys and walk where possible.

IF this is a real deal then i would be wary of this.
For example, the BP station on Edgware Road as soon as you get off the M1 in London, I decided to fill up from there instead of the Shell next door. As soon as I had filled up the engine noise was different you could feel the car slacking. the only Difference was the price, that day BP was cheaper then Shell although nationality that Shell was cheap anyway. They had obviously added something to the fuel, never again would i go for the cheapest fuel.

I doubt anyone forgets the price of fuel duty or that it has been frozen for around 5 years but a point worth raising Naza.
We still are paying over £1 for a litre and should not be and to state the obvious, byreducing the price to under £1 also reduces the taxes, so only in consumers/peoples interest to have reduced fuel.
