This lightweight waterproof Trespass jacket is great for rainy Britain. The outer fabric is waterproof to 3000mm and the seams have been taped to further prevent rain from getting in your jacket. The adjustable concealed hood is also a great feature, which you can hide away when you're not using it.

it's nice i paid 2 for it with a 10 pound voucher good in the rain u sweat if u do too much effort

Not breathable, gets very sweaty inside, especially in the arms. But still heat fo £12.

I'm guessing this is what we used to call a Kagoul (spelling?) If so, it won;'t be breathable, but the price is ok for something to stash in case needed.
