They look fake. The M302 cards shown on the Toshiba site are coloured black and red. NOT white.

Excellent price even if U3 is really probably only 30MB, but can't complain at this price. It is U3 so at least 30MB/s writes so that would be enough. Don't put much attention to advertising text.
