Possibly why this deal isn't as hot as it sounds is that it appears it might be new customers only to groupon by saying "your first purchase" although that could mean you'll only get £10 once, not sure.

I recieved the email that's how i discovered it all lol but i used groupon a time ago but the couple of purchases i made were either returned or refunded, out of stock, defective items and poor terms like a voucher for new customers only to the service that wasn't made clear so yeah not a pretty good view of them from the past, cant remember if ive had anything at my new address and my previous login info didn't work so i had to make a new account.

If you use a discount code alongside this offer then the cashback will be declined on Topcashback. So try to avoid being too greedy. Just a tip :smirk:

Did this last time and purchased a £7.99 SD card, TCB declined and said I had to provide a 9 digit numeric only order number and wouldn't accept my actual order number! I wasted further time calling and emailing both the supplier and Groupon to try and get this 9 digit number without success and then thought there's more to life and gave up. Others may have more success, maybe it was the supplier.

Obviously good deal if you get it. I at least managed to get something that at the end of the day was useful and probably only paid slightly more than it could be bought elsewhere.

As always, never consider money back from TCB is guaranteed, though to be fair I've only ever had a couple of things declined in 5 or 6 years.

i have at least 3 transactions sitting in my 'claim view' since Feb/March 2015! they all genuine claims.they dont bother updating your claims. when i send message, all i get is ''we have submitted your claim to affiliate site'' i dont use them anymore.

So taking out morality or ethics out of the picture, is there any negative consequence or risk in making a second account with a different email address if your purchase is a voucher code only, so that one may take advantage at the Welcome coupon or / and the Groupon 10 pounds cashback?

Has this 'tracked' on anyone's Topcashback account? I can't see it on mine and it's been nearly 3 days. Things usually track pretty quickly on TCB (or they don't track at all). I guess I need more patience but I'm not too optimistic about this one :neutral_face:

Not from my past experience (I've ordered using a different account in the past) but you never know. TCB are very unreliable in comparison to Quidco

The only reason I bought from Groupon this time was down to the £10 cashback. I wouldn't have ordered otherwise.
