The Talisker 10 Year Old is a nice single malt by all accounts (I'm partial to a bit of Aberlour, Old Pulteney and Glen Grants myself). The Non Age Statement Talisker Skye is also £19.99 at the moment, and the Storm is also £22.99
Gold medal winner at the International Spirits Challenge 2014
Aged 10 years, flavour notes: Complex with hints of smoke, pepper with a rich maritime note
Serve suggestion: Enjoyed neat or on the rocks
During the first of the two stages of distillation gives Talisker its complexity and delivers its peppery note
Talisker is an ideal single malt for those looking to explore the island whisky category, known for their general smoky manner
Absolute steal, I recommend the Talisker 10 is the best of the bunch.

Just got the camels email this morning and came to post this!
Worth noting there's quite a few spirits on offer too with Kraken rum at £20 and the Penderyn Welsh whiskeys starting at £25 with Legend included.
Ardbeg Uigeadail will be discounted after 7:58 A.M - one to look out for!

Good price. Wouldn't bother with the Skye or Storm. They are passable but for 20 quid there are better cheap blends. Will be buying 2.

This is absolutely scorching. Get the 10 while you can, it's being discontinued and replaced by the inferior Skye

Please tell me that's not the case?!

Heard that a while back, has it been confirmed or just rumour?
I can see others such as Glenfiddich and Glenmorangie following suit before long with demand outstripping availability.

Add your NUS discount and it's £18.99 for Talisker Skye. It would be rude not to buy this!
Hmmm... that means bottles of 10 year prices will shoot up... good investment?

I wasn't going to get one as it would be a 5th bottle of whisky in 2 weeks... but you've scared me into it.

lol...tell me about it, the missus is starting to think I have a drinking problem, as recently with all the whisky deals I've been buying a few bottles.
Little does she know, that if I had the money, I'd have been investing in the likes of the Glenfarclas 15, 18, 21 and 25yr old...etc, that Amazon have had on Lightning Deals over the past couple of weeks.

Yep, amazon have been... i dont want to say overdoing it with offers but,
Dalmore 15 gift set, Glenfiddich 12,14,15 with glasses gift set (small bottles thankfully), Bruichladdich The Organic Multi Vintage Scotch (oh hello rare bottle), this and Woodford Reserve Four Wood from costco I need to stop. Its a serious problem, I have no room for them any more, I've got to the point where i'm buying more than I can drink but I can't say no to offers... its not like they'll go bad...
Thankfully the Jura 21 i was looking at isn't the usual £70 it goes down to but £80 so I'm going to pass there.

Visited their distillery in Skye, very impressive and they taught you how to savour it properly in a tasting session.
Was taking train back with luggage and didn't want to carry a bottle...
Anyway the single 10 year is now £25 at Waitrose. Thinking of combining it with the £4 off £40 spend Waitrose voucher we had recently...
