Excellent deal. Love mine. Last year, the half price offer was just on the red ones without the volume switch. This offer is even better.

checked the reviews on Amazon and although the sound quality is very good it seems like the volume control is seriously flawed

That the older model. These are upgraded model newer metal mic and twisted wire. Sound SQ is still the same as loved my whatHifi, richer sounds, the verge, etc.

I lost my sennheisers on Saturday and had them for years annoyingly.
I need an in line volume control rather than keep reaching into my pocket etc but I have an Android phone (N6P to be exact) will the remote only work on Apple products does anyone know?
Or would the volume control only work on things like portable radios?

I believe the volume control has a switch on it so it'll work with Android and iOS :-)

No switch iOS only.

I had the E10S model which was meant to be better & also award winning. Returned. V disappointing. It's subjective not universal
I have a pair of these and they sound great when fitted in ears just right. But I could only do this if I held them in place. They did come with various sized fitting, so maybe I just have funny shaped ears. :stuck_out_tongue:

that's why I bought the E10 version a while back, it is the same earphone but without the mic and volume control. It's cheaper as well (at the time when I bought it).

These are excellent for the price, assuming they are of the same build and quality of the E10s.
I've owned my E10s for over a year now, had the previous model without the mic (cannot remember the model... PL30 maybe?) and are still going strong and at the money, they really do take some beating.
1 thing I will say, is that it is absolutely imperative you get the correct size buds to use. It really does make the difference between sounding sweet and ghastly.

I have the standard E10's. Anyone know of what foam tips are best? Heat for this deal btw!

I always end up buying new earphones on this site, I must have 8 or 9 different pairs. Ordered, Hot!

I've have these and the xiaomi piston 3's and i'd say piston 3's are better.
They sit in my ear better in commuting use and when running for 30-60 minutes also the microphone is miles better than the sound magics.
Honestly the sound magic mic quality is embarrassing

I mean the updated e10m are better than than pistons 2/3 and dual drivers.

For reference I've ordered my second pair last night as spare set. I've owned loads of earphones from £200 Sony, RHA to xiaomi and bang for buck nothing matches these.

I got some of these today from said company. They sound really good. One thing hat niggles me is the inline remote, trying to change tracks is a bit of a fumble and faff. It is for me anyway. It sits in the centre as normal, but the whole button is pretty much flat, so knowing you are centre to the controls needs a bit of thought. Volume change is easier.

Totally agree I have the xiaomi's they are fantastic and half the price

I think the Piston 3's sound good, but they fall out of my ears ridiculously easily. I'm medium tip normally, but these just dropped out, I switched to the large pair, and still work loose, what am I doing wrong?
The hybrid dual-drivers are better at staying in...

Just returned mine to Amazon. Overall i was very disappointed by the sound (maybe expected too much after reading all the reviews).

I think that's the case with many cheaper options, people make it sound as though they're audiophile grade, however they're more like a really good sounding pair of 50 pound earphones and not a more expensive 20 pound pair :-)

I've had the sound magic E10 headphones for 4+ years, they are very good. I too recommend using the Comply foam earbuds. I do regard these as disposable though as they split after a while.

I think apple earpods don't work with android (in-line controls) but I would look out for specific android ones to be sure, I know sony do some in ears around £20 which are marketed as compatible with android.
