You have to be patient but they do exist. I think you'll also find people are starting to tire of the tablet craze, when there are many decent and cheaper alternatives, but also Apple not refreshing the Air 2 hasn't helped - it's nearly a two year old device now.

A quick search on both Amazon and eBay shows you can't get a 128gb for the same money, not less than £400 on either site
