The wesbsite shows £189 a month but if you ring them up then the price is £169 a month until 30th June.
£2190 down, £169 a month (23 months) total £6077.
10k miles per year which is reasonable.
This price includes metallic paint.
Estate, petrol or 230 edition also available at good prices but not £169
They have some colours in stock for immediate delivery or you can factory order (extra options add price to the monthly charge)

Fiestasteve44 - calm down for crying out loud. Hes posted an alternative to your deal, which on the face of it is cheaper - stop being so defensive. Whilst I agree with you that it appears to be a misprice, its not definitely a misprice as you try and make out. Theres no need for purile and schoolyard insults - clearly your post was deleted, which is good as it was inappropriate.
Chill out - its a forum, you gain nothing for heat

Yes of course you can get a second hand car cheaper - chalk and cheese. This is about a good deal to drive a new car - fundamentally a different product, and a personal choice.

Our lease ends on June 1st 2017, trying to figure out what we can get to beat the 4x4 Octavia and struggling to decide where to start apart from another Octavia!

But you won't get a 2 year old VRS for £6k

Not exactly a fair comparison though is it?! VRS starts at £24,460, Sandero starts at £5,995.

You can buy the petrol or diesel vRS for less than £20k.
Personally I'd rather spend the 20k on a 18 month old 330d.
The diesel vRS perfomance doesn't match the looks. Even a 320d rep mobile is quicker and probably more fun to drive.

Excess mileage at 5p/mile still makes it cheaper ??? what ???
Do not understand why then 8000 or 10 000 so much difference in price it will not be 5 p / mile
Im recon if you do extra 5000 miles per year say 15 000 in total they will count NOT 5 per mile but 50 p / mile
Can some explain what happen when you do more miles than 10 000 ??? how they charge ?? I do not believe it will NOT be only 5 p / mile "maybe 50 p more realistic "

It's 5p/mile for excess mileage.
If you are going to do 15k miles, then do not get a lease that is only for 8/10k.
Lease companies do NOT charge 50p/mile. It varies between 5 and 15 pence (typically).

Hot deal, cheap motoring in a good car

I would wait until September to purchase a car on lease. The reason why there is a June deadline is because dealers are trying to shift unsold stock or fulfill sales targets. Come September lease deals are usually cheaper because this is normally the beginning of the model year, therefore the residual value of the car is greater.

I've exceeded my 10k allowance on my current lease at the start of year 2.
I called the finance company to check what options I have:
1. Pay excess mileage @ 6p per mile plus vat,
2. For an extra 5000 miles, they'll increase the last 11 payments of the lease by £10,
3. For an extra 10,000 miles, they'll increase the last 11 payments of the lease by £20.

Lol because if you have to go for this crappy finance deal the probable explanation is that you can't even afford a second hand car.

Currently driving one of these, just be wary of going overboard with the extras. Think the figure was £8 per month for every extra £100. Heated Seats/Window Tints/Leather/etc etc start to add up... Happy with the car though, its very nice to drive. Simpsons service was great and they delivered it for free which was a nice surprise.
Should mention that you should take your test drive over speed bumps and make sure you are happy with firm suspension. The scout may suit for people who aren't.

Or you can't afford a second hand because things that are used are money pits and owning a deprecating asset is the road to financial ruin.
