Code is FB294-2015 just ordered size 8 shoes for men and there are a few styles left

It states free postage on orders over £39 but once you add the discount code the postage rockets to £6.00 unless you get them delivered to a store which are all in England as far as i can see.

In fact i just saved myself a £1 removing the discount code.

yeah it's just that i kinda come up in an inbetween size like a half so if they came up smaller or larger then that could be a benefit to me and I could then go for a real whole number lol

I personally think they are generously sized. I have been buying Skechers for many years and the sizing is consistant. I have to go down 1/2 to 1 size to what i take in other brands.

This was my first purchase from these guys and my experience with them isn't positive.

I ordered two pairs from them and I just received one pair with a note telling me the other pair sold out...

I wanted to return the pair as the order was incomplete and it was changed without first informing me; they tell me I have to pay the return postage although it is they who changed the order post purchase....

I almost forgot that this is why I always buy from a reputable company like Amazon, and not a trotter trading wanna be.

Rec'd my order and only got two out of three as one pair the note says sorry o/s, luckily I managed to get the two pairs needed for me and my daughter and the oos one was just an extra!

They have just been data mining our information I think!!....:disappointed: I received this reply after order had been accepted!

I received the two pairs I ordered today.
Slightly disappointing that the memory foam doesn't cover the whole sole.

Order arrived today . Very happy indeed . I just think their system couldn't cope with the massive increase in demand . Not understanding the data mining rants ! If it's out of stock , you get a refund . What else are they supposed to do ?

Just went to login to my account and got onto someone else's account! Not good!!!!!!

Looking at current stock, the filter shows one item in UK size 11 and no items in size 10.
However, I can open that item and change the size to 10 and it shows stock.
As someone who develops and tests software for a living, I can safely say that ain't right.

Have received only one pair and despite had the confirmation of the postage . Called them and only thing I was told that if not sent out of stick she didn't even bother to check my order number or details. Have sent them a message on Facebook and git a smiler respond. Clearly they don't bother to check for individuals..
They also said that we didn't expect such big interest and we have contacted hotukdeals for this deal to be taken off of their website but had no response
The ones who got all of their orders were very lucky

It was for this reason that we kept the promotion as very low-key and did not advertise. Orders placed and sales made proceeded at a managed and measurable pace.

However, during the weekend of 25th and 26th June, our deal was listed on UK Hot Deals website by a person unknown and not connected with, nor authorised by, our company. One of the two pairs that I'd ordered arrived today... the other was sold out

£5 facebook discount was applied & free delivery honoured making them £17 delivered

At least they have tried to honour as many orders as possible which is commendable ~ For that reason, I'll be bookmarking their site & keeping an eye on their prices with a view of making future purchases

It was very poor service as my order has arrived today and the shoe I wanted was sold out and the other shoe which I ordered just to get discount came, I will never order from guys again.

They cancelled mine. Why take all my data with no intention to xxxxxxx sell the goods. Need to watch my bank account for any unauthorized debits what a xxxx up.

Ordered two pairs only got one pair with message apologies item out of stock unfortunate but i'm happy otherwise.

so, they sent me pair of brown color boots instead of black ones, need to email them, will see how the returns work.

if they decided to play the "no free returns" card, even if clearly their mistake, it'll be chargeback time instantly.

I can understand not wanting to pay if someone changes their mind for no good reason, but when they mess up, I expect certain standard - to minimize the inconvenience as a paying customer. Enough that I'd have to pack it up and go to post office, let alone pay the return shipping.

got both pairs I ordered with no errors although the boxes were a bit damaged. Shoes arrived fairly quickly with a note from the person who packed the order. So good experience for me.

ok, so they exchanged no problem, sent prepaid label and sent out the correct ones quickly.
seems like a better experience, would have no issue ordering from them again.

Company is a scam and should be struck off. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I read previous posts and the cancellations due to the offer on HUKD but I found this via the Internet - 3 months later. Avoid - you have been warned
