I would dispute that it is 'suitable for paddling pools', the adapter supplied didn't fit the pool I bought (also from argos) so had to return it

Better buying a Bontrager or Toppeak track pump from a cycle shop, around the 20-30 quid mark but will last you for a very very long time.

Pump is utter pap. Pressure dial failed after a few uses and the arms attached to the foot rest bent. Not worth even 49p.

You'll be lucky to get 10 uses before it breaks. Sounds like I am exaggerating but the plastic inside the bit that goes over the valve is so weak it got damaged the first time I used it. I bought 2 the last time these were on offer, to replace one that looked the same I bought from Argos 20-odd years ago (well it's going to break at some point, surely). I have thrown both away and still use the old one.
