It worked! Quite speedy as well - the advisor requested the Mastercard yesterday, and it arrived today. Now to work out how to activate it...
Good luck to those still waiting.

I'm in the same boat as everyone else here.
Applied for Sim based on mastercard offer, but no card arrived.
EE giving me the complete run around as it's a "3rd party offer" and nothing to do with them, despite at no point in the order process it saying anything of the kind!
So I have been told by the Digital Marketing team to contact
(probably the same comany as everyone else has tried)
Not hoping for much, but thought I would post my experience, to see if any of us actually get anywhere.

For anyone that receives their gift card, it will probably arrive in a white envelope with no info at all.
You will need an access code to activate the card which is obviously nowhere to be seen....
Received the gift card today. But no idea how to activate, where did you get the access code?!

Spoke to EE on the phone about an hour ago. They told me it was through a third party, and they should contact me sometime next week. I have a feeling they were fobbing me off though. Will be back on the phone next week I think.

I contacted EE after I purchased and initially they knew nothing of MasterCard offer and then said it was a Carphone Warehouse promotion. I've since heard nothing and it was the main reason for taking the contract. I also went via Quidco but the £67 cashback has recently been declined. Fair enough when a voucher code is used but perhaps not if the voucher was rejected. Anyway good luck - would be very happy to hear if anyone gets the Mastercard.

Nothing either - I did call up a few months ago, and they said they knew nothing of it. I will be chasing up this week if I find some time.

Actually to be honest, when I rang ee a couple of weeks ago they hadn't even heard of this offer..
But it appears on my order confirmation email which tells me it's legit, maybe I'm wrong..
I'll give it a couple of weeks, then chase em up ..
Did you speak to ee about it?

17 Jun 16#74
As a warning to anyone else who may have taken this contract, I finally had confirmation email through from EE which stated 2gb data rather than the 5gb ordered. Perhaps because I ordered during the offer but they were so slow processing the order, the email arrived post offer. They have reinstated the 5gb but I fear the Mastercard thing may be in the lap of the Gods.

Looking for a decent 30 day sim only now for wife while she hunts down s7 edge deals, any deals out there boys n girls. seen one with Virgin 5000 mins, unlim texts and 5gb (3g only) for £15.00 per month.
Three website there been a few post on hot uk deals about it, it's a glitch I got the phone today just waiting the paper work to confirm the price is right and they not changed it.
They have both changed back to normal price now. Yesterday the glitch was still working.

6 Jun 161#56
Asked for pac code got phone call next day got offered 25gb sim only unlimited calls and texts for £19.99 or iPhone 6s 64gb 10gb data unlimited calls and texts for £30.99 with £30 upfront but said will think about it to them, I'm leaving ee bt and three are offering better just brought iPhone 6s 16gb for £24 a month for 12gb data unlimited calls and texts upfront £49 it quidco tracks that's £90 back so it's a good deal.

I got my PAC and they rang and offered me 4gb for 15.99 said forget it and they said I could get 7gb 4G for 15.99 my current plan double speed data. Didn't think it was great as 3 do 4gb for £12. Been with EE for 3 years now. Accepted it but think 20gb for 19.99 sounds good.

Hi
What call, texts and data are you getting for that, as EE are messing me around and said I could have it for £9.99 for 5gb unlimited calls and texts now saying its £17.99 on the phone as my contract ends but said will be only 2gb for 9.99 instead of 17.99 it's the same plan tho.
Might leave them tbh now.

I'm an existing EE SIM-only customer, I just phoned up to enquire whether I could upgrade to this promo tariff, and the answer was yes...
Even better, I was offered a tariff for only £1 more (£18.99/m discounted from £23.99/m) which includes another 1GB (total: 6GB) and European roaming data (so that I can use my 6GB aboard as well as at home, which will save me a small fortune on the roaming data packages I usually add when I go on holiday) so I went with that! (Please note that the deal I got does not include the £60 Mastercard)

Upgraded my 12 months contract today as I was paying silly bills of £60 + as I only had 4GB of data and was always running out. Lovely lady offered me unlimited calls, texts and 10GB of internet for £23 per month (was happy with that initially). After I saw this thread rang them again and said that I want to cancel my upgrade as their deal is nowhere near good enough and I mentioned BT's £19.99 20gb which they decided to price match. To sum up.... 20gb data, unlimited texts and calls for £19.99. Thanks guys.

If you got a spare 5-10 minutes, I would still try calling them and asking for the deal.. Probably best if you explain that you are looking for SIM only contract and speaking with other providers.. DEFINITELY mention that BT offered you 20GB deal for £19.99 per month as you have broadband with BT (they normally do price matches).

No it wasn't.. But the speed isn't going to be much different as 4G isn't really what it's advertised as.. There's still a long way for it to go, let alone the 'double 4G' speed..

You can ring them up and ask for the 20GB deal for £19.99 - they offered me this with no issues (I was on a 2 year contract)..
I had to kind of 'argue' to get the 25GB deal.. Threaten by moving network, request my PAC code etc then the following day got a phonecall saying they could give me 25GB data, ultd texts and mins for £19.99 a month (they are only charging me £18 p/m atm).
It's worth the risk, you can't 'lose' anything out of it.. If you don't use the PAC code, they just continue billing as normal (that's if you are already with EE).
Opening post
£17.99 x 12 = £215.88 - £60 card = £155.88 which is £12.99pm at 12 months
Discount should apply at basket, if not use code AWCASH60 at checkout for £60 card
Extra Plan - double speed 4G
5 GB data
Unlimited text messages
Unlimited minutes
12 months plan
Use your minutes and texts in the EU
New customers only
Cash card will be distributed via post within 3 months once the SIM has been connected
All queries for missing vouchers must be made within 6 months of sale, queries past this date cannot be looked into
EE standard network T&Cs apply
Pre-paid cash cards are not eligible for redemption via telephone sales
Cashback is excluded from this offer
Edit - ends 14th June
