I played this game for YEARS! I remember sitting with my 2 friends playing 3 player for about a month straight and starting again when completed. Almost infinite powerups for spells i remember. Only other older games that kicked ass on old consoles were Bloodwych (2 player Dungeon MAster) on Atari ST and Mysteria on Sega Saturn....awsome:)

could someone please explain to me if it is compatible with Ipads? I can't seem to find it in the store for some reason and now wondering if the version is only for phones.

It will probably work, but wont be optimised for ipad. If you look at the top left in the app store you should see an option to change it to iphone apps. I downloaded the talksport app ( which was for iphone only) the app works perfectly to listen to radio but resolution is poor.

I sold my copy for 80 sheets. I've got a mint copy of Megaman X that I might shift, and Symphony of the Night as they're getting 200+. Somebody has tried selling Megaman for £499. If it works mine's definitely going up if they do one of those final value fee deals on ebay.

I had Secret of Mana on the SNES back in the day. I wasn't keen on it and I sold it. The more I read about it the more I wanted it back. It then went OOP and cost a fortune to get another copy. Since that day I have never sold another game.
Oh, hot BTW

20 odd years ago i played it with my brother and sister on the SNES with a multitap. Now i'm in the middle of playing it (on wii virtual console) with my 6 and 10 year old boys !
Its an amazing game still and has been a great introduction to rpg gaming for my kids! Just curious if anyone know other multiplayer rpgs similar to this we could try after- i'm struggling to find any! :disappointed:

I bought this about a year ago because I planned on getting a controller and playing it on iPad. I was a bit annoyed when I realised it was just for phones or iPods, but I've just downloaded it to my iPad and it works fine now.
