Tesco seem to have a bit of a sale on with Sandisk USB Pens. I thought the wireless pen drive was a bit of a bargain and the lowest price I'd ever seen it.
In store offer, don't know how far a field this offer goes, but I get the feeling it could be nationwide.
The deal url shows the 16gb version, but the offer isn't on line.

Are these in the reduced section? Or beside the others

In my store they sat underneath with the display tablets among cases and wifi dongles. It was by chance I found them.

They had a few in Cheltenham store last Friday. Grabbed one, not overly impressed - bit of a pain to get set up, but for £8 seems OK.

Doesn't scan down in Milton Keynes at the price sadly. £29.99.

Thanks for all the info guys. Didn't realise it had an inbuilt battery too! I think I'm convinced to give it a shot for my upcoming holiday.
Also thanks OP for a good find!

Personally I buy mine from Amazon, Sandisk 32gb with USB 3.0 are currently £7.86 on there, still hear given here as Tesco normally rip you off for these
There was about 5-6 of these in Tesco llansamlet, got one myself, they are marked as £29.99 but do scan as £8.
Cheers op.

Does anyone know, could I just plug this into a usb charger (to give it power) then access the files on it from my iPad/android phone? Or have I completely misunderstood how this works

I got one a few weeks ago at this price and can confirm that they use wifi to connect with phones/tablets. You can use as a normal USB in a PC port which also charges the device or connect to a USB AC adapter to charge the device as well. Battery seems to really good so ideal for holidays when taking lots of photos to free up space on your phone! You would need to download the SanDisk connect app to make the stick work though.

You can charge it via USB or wall USB. It works stand alone. Turn it in and put it in your pocket and I'll work via wireless. Worked well last night, cause I removed all my pictures and videos from my iPhone to it. It's good, it'll not change the world, but it is something that could come in very useful someday.

thank you, never been there, I usually go to new malden because I travel from central London and makes it simple on the A3, so next few days eventually just to pay a visit.

If you ever make the trip to Sutton Tesco extra on the A217) they do have reduced USB memory sticks there at the moment
