Great price and definitely heat added, just remember these aren't suitable for recording 4k video if you're buying for a top-spec phone, you'd want a U3 speed, this is a U1 speed card

Just bought an evo plus 128gb for 39 off amazon. Might return it and buy this. Anyone compared the speeds of the two Cards?

Are there even any 128GB U3 cards around that you'd invest in and don't cost over £100?

There are quite a few reviews on Amazon about this card failing after only a few months. Normally that kind of thing wouldn't put me off (considering there are many more good reviews), but most of the positive reviews were probably written after a couple of weeks when it was all fine and dandy!
Agree with you on that, but then I read a lot of reviews on amazon which also said they'd been given a fake, so if it was failing, I wouldn't be surprised if it was the fake ones failing on them, I've been using a 64gb Samsung Evo for about a year, switched in between 2 different phones, it's still holding its own so far. Never used a 128gb one, so hopefully the quality will be similar. Obviously, just becareful with fakes, i'll be using testing with h2testw to check it's authenticity when it arrives.

Yeah, probably the most sensible approach to take. It's a shame people don't know about testing memory cards when they receive them, because, like you say, that's an easy way to spot a fake.

I've just bought an Acer Aspire one cloudbook 14. ( 32GB HD )
If I plug one of these in, can I install programmes that would take my total over the 32GB?
I thought the 1TB cloud, meant I could load progs on the cloud but apparently not. :disappointed:

This if you prefer the SanDisk:

This if you prefer cheaper (not by much though after the voucher code is applied, I'd personally go for the samsung at this price):
