Probably 7" rather than 7' - but a bargain if it really is that big

That would be a perfect use for this
Watching light videos and flash gaming for the kids is what cheap Android tabs do best!

Sure man
The Samsung has 1280x800 resolution, better than this and HD
It has 1.5GB RAM, thats 0.5GB more than this, so your Samsung could multi task better
It has a 1'' inch bigger screen
This has a better (quad core) CPU than your Samsung, so is slightly faster
Your Samsung had a much bigger battery, 1000mA bigger to be precise
Basically your Samsung was better, with an HD screen, better multi tasking, a slightly bigger screen and more battery life
However the Lenovo has a faster CPU, better audio and is lighter
Tadaaaa  hope that helps

Seems to have gone up to £44 now.
Still tempted as I miss my Samsung Tab 3 8" which my daughter stole - it was the ideal size for reading ebooks.
Can anybody tell me how this compares to the Samsung (apart from being an inch smaller) - how is the screen resolution and speed of the device in comparison?

Mr Alpino makes his case for buying the Lenovo quite eloquently, however if i were to put on my Barrista's gown and wig i would pin him by the family jewels or buy the throat until he confessed in agreement with me that he is selling a refurbished laptop. He needs to expand on the wording minor cosmetic marks or scratches. As a partygoer who has seen the inside of many handbags i would say cosmetic marks and scratches would include lipstick marks, remnants of chewing gum, lubrication in the form of WD 40 and the clingy stale smell of deodorant. My question to Mr DataBino is knowing all this would you as a third party buy this product?
Need i say more? i rest my case, heavy as it is.

Have to agree. Chrome is almost unusable..far slower than an old Asus tablet I have with inferior specs. Thankfully Argos has a painless return process.
Interestingly enough, other apps ran fast enough even games like Dead Trigger 2 and Asphalt 8. Browsing the internet over whatever browser one used was almost impossible.

The kindle Fire tablet has 1gb of ram and a hd screen, dolby audio, a dual core processor but then again, this has cameras, and a sim card slot

Yes I believe I posted a deal on that, its not as good as this, if my memory (hehe) serves me correct its only 512MB RAM, comes with pre installed Fire OS, and is basically a glorified eReader.
Imo this is much better, for a fiver more you get an actual tablet, a quad core processor, dolby audio, double the RAM, etc etc....
If you're gonna get a cheap Amazon tablet I would pay a little more and get a Fire 7, for sure

If you mean the Fire 7, yes its around this price, altho I think its gone up to £50 ish most places after a bunch of deals on it
If you're talking about the Kindle Fire, that sucks compared to this, half the RAM, years old, worse graphics
