If you purchased at Direct within the last 28 days you can get a refund of the difference
However it takes around 60 days to get the points back on your account.

Did for me when I used my boost points a year ago, unless something changed? :sunglasses:

oh thanks for the tip. I paid £39 the other day to use up my £38 boost. Just got £5 straight back to my debit card. So they paid me £4 to use my £38 worth of points. Worked out well since this is the last boost I don't really want points.

I am getting a brand new white one this week from the previous deal on here. I have reserved the camo one from Argos so willing to sell for £35 delivered if that interests you?

Or should I spend the extra £4 for a white version? Hmm...

Clearly no one actually believed me when I used this against my Spectre blu-ray purchase - don't care whether I'm believed cos I'm the one that got the benefit but this is a tip for anyone who hasn't logged into their Clubcard account for a while - Tesco log all your vouchers and when I went to select mine online to pay through Tesco Direct, ALL of them doubled - even the amounts below £5 which of course you cannot double in the shop. So well worth giving it a try and at the very least well worth checking your Clubcard vouchers online before it's too late.

I'm not sure why nobody believed you. It did the same for myself when I purchased Forza 6 at the start of the event. I'm sure (although not 100%) that I read somewhere previously that Tesco were making all points available for Boost due to it being their last double up event.

Well deffo worth a check of your account because so far as I knew all I had was one voucher for £5 that I was about to go and double up in-store, and one voucher for £3 that of course I couldn't. But that night I ordered Spectre for £10 and Metal Gear Solid V for £23 - all paid for with vouchers I never even realised I still had left. Maybe I should make a separate post about this? Could help a lot of people I feel.

I was just trying to confirm to myself how I had done it.
By the looks of it, I used a £5 voucher and a £3 voucher doubled up to £16. Obviously I wouldn't like to suggest regarding about the post, simply due to the unpredictability of the website. But I do agree that there are many that may not know.

Can it be a Deals post? I want as many people as possible to know - I certainly wasn't aware before it happened during my order.

Well, as the points required a spend to be acquired, I would personally see it as a deal. Worse case scenario. The Mods move it to Misc, I guess.

It is a shame that I just used up all my tesco voucher last month to buy a PS4 package.

Why is that a shame? If you didn't buy the console you wouldn't need the controllers?

Reserved a camo one at Argos coz thought it was a good price but starting to wonder if £35 will soon become the new standard price with a few other retailers dropping them down to this price? I hope so as always thought the usual £50 was pretty extortionate

Excellent, been after one of these for ages and have always been too tight to pay considering how little I'd use it. Quite happy only paying £1 though!
