I'm comforted by the fact I know who my parents are; I'm sorry you'll never have the pleasure.
Meat is delicious. A lot of vegan food is delicious. Vegans are usually passive and pleasant...or militant ends of bells. They are the people we mock.:-)

I think I would find it very humorous to hear your definition of "disproved". But whatever lies you have to tell yourself to feel comfortable with your choice..
I see people like you every day. Your psyche can't handle the possibility you've been wrong for decades, your parents were wrong, and you don't have the strength of will to change.

I think you'll find the myth that veggies live longer has long been disproved. We're quite happy to mock you special little snowflakes, knowing that we're just simply better than you.

The joys of sanctimonious, humourless vegans. Your joie de vivre is unsurpassed. People like you are a reason to eat more meat.

Insecure meat-eater trying desperately to justify their personal choice by spreading lies detected.

Sorry but you are very much wrong on every count.
Fungus, yes...do you eat mushrooms?
Additives? Sorry, what additives? Exactly. Citation needed.
Lean meat is *not* better for you. There is a mountain of evidence to the contrary. Perhaps start by reading The China Study to get a better understanding of what the science says. (tl;dr: Animal proteins have been associated with cancer, heart disease, and diabetes)
And lastly, please don't use the word "processed". It is a red flag for someone who has no idea what they are talking about. It quite literally has no useful meaning.

Quorn isn't healthier than meat at all, don't be silly. It's a substitute. A fungus full of additives. Lean meat is infinitely better for you than processed nonsense.

Also, Quorn Chicken Fillets (6 pack) for £1 at Morissons, 10 pack is like £2.57 or something but if you do the mach it's far better buying the £1 packs.
Love Quorn, not a vegetarian but it's great for packing protein in to your diet!
