Does this really need explaining for the 1000th time... if you're so curious you would use google. But no, your mighty 6 comments of history is enough to certify your troll status.

And the HUKD trolls have arrived, with their usual style of Wilde like wit.
The only info linking the two on Google are unscientific dubious sites like Mens Health.
The science is pretty clear. "The results of this meta-analysis suggest that neither soy foods nor isoflavone supplements alter measures of bioavailable T concentrations in men."

You merely have to conduct a Google search to find the links between soy and estrogen.
In my line of work I've come across many women in search of soya products to help with their hormones as advised by their doctor.
Quoting the NHS website (although you did say links were pointed out) is a losing game, much of their info is incorrect and outdated; from the top of my head they have recommended to base all meals around heavy starchy carbohydrates which is absurd, just an example of NHS foolishness. Honestly though I don't even know if that advise is still on there as I don't care to look on that site.
I never mentioned any homosexuality or the other silly things you mentioned. Difficulty building muscle, fat gain (if you don't believe me on this use an estrogen blocker and watch yourself get leaner) and water retention are included in side effects as well as the odd puffy nipple which I can assure you is correct. The info is there if you search hard enough, I don't have the time to do it for you.
There are healthier alternatives to soy which don't mess with hormones, have less chemicals (even non gmo have plenty of **** to hide its bitter taste) and that are easier to digest.
Honestly I'm just trying to help put the info out there, people should be made aware of this stuff to make their own minds up.

GM soya tends to be imported to the EU for animal feed for here otherwise there would be a GM label on the product. Regardless, the consensus on GMO's is that they're safe to eat.
Which doctors? If you check the "alternatives to HRT" page, you will see no advice suggesting to eat soya. The closest I can find on the NHS website is:
A review also showed no benefit to eating supplements or foods rich in phyto-estrogens e.g. soya.
Whole soy beans can be considered as a bit of an issue to digest but then again so are haricot beans i.e. flatulence, however it also helps contribute to fibre. Common forms of soya such as tofu, soy concentrate, protein isolate etc don't have this issue. It contains chemicals? Everything is made of chemicals. Pears contain the carcinogen formaldehyde, bananas contain E numbers and blueberries have ethyl-3-methylbutanoate.
This meta-analysis showed neither soya foods or soya isoflavone supplements had no affect on testosterone or oestrogen levels. This study, albeit in mice, indicates that soya isoflavones have very weak effects compared to human hormones.
Whilst there is some controversy and discussion, there is currently no significant evidence soya will turn men gay, cause man boobs/puffy nipples, affect sperm or any of the other myths peddled on the internet. Even where there is evidence, it suggests you would need to eat an inhuman amount of the stuff to have any noticeable effect.

Quorn stuff at full price is way over priced which is why you see so many deals for it.
There is a reason why meat based food is served in the shapes that they are which is that they are practical. That’s why you also see vegetarian food served in the same shapes. So vegetarian sausages are just cylindrical food products as are their meat counterparts, Falafels look like small rissoles etc.
It comes down to the fact that if you roll food it tends to make regular shapes regardless of whether it is meat based or not.
It would be perverse to make veggie found out of complex geometrical shapes just to differentiate them.
On top of that you get veggie food which is shaped to look like meat products to make it easy for people transitioning.
In other words they can make a traditional meat based meal and just have to replace the meat part but keep the potatoes and veg for example.
So it’s also marketing at times.

Only buy this if you are female. The main ingredient in quorn, soy will promote estrogen production. Not good for any male to have too much estrogen.
Smh mo farrah 'practice, protein' what a sell out

I think the main ingredient in Quorn is mycoprotein and I can't see soy listed in the ingredients for this product.
Also soya and feminisation is a common misconception. Men produce oestrogen and women produce testosterone. Soya does contain something somewhat similar to human oestrogen, but you will need to eat a lot of soya to start getting worried about even small effects. A bit of soya won't do any harm to men and is probably one of the best protein sources available to veggies and vegans.

I am aware that both men and women produce different balances of both.
Soy is a complete protein, yes. But soy beans generally are gmo which is not good for many reasons.
Please tell me if your statements are correct then why are women told by doctors to use soy for hrt methods?
Soy is a cheap, nasty ingredient which is hard to digest, messes with your hormones and contains chemicals.
You go ahead with your consumption and don't come crying to me when your nipples are puffy (presuming you're male)

Gee, I am a vegetarian, but I really want to pretend I'm eating meat? Why would you do that? Surely if you are a veggie, you don't want steak/sausages/bacon/etc? So why make it look the same as meat?
