It's a best before date. Consuming most processed foods beyond their best before date is not the same as drinking spoilt bacterial-infected green milk. Especially when it's within a month past the bb date.
You probably believe that eating out of date foods are "crap" due to one anecdotal story from 30 years ago. It's simply not true.

I get the Chocolate Mint occasionally. Personally I prefer the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough but would rate the Chocolate Mint a close second. I use Discount Supplements and have never had any problems although they are quite slow delivery sometimes up to a week.
