Doesn't make these a ideal running shoe. They are not!

There's a revelation, about the spiked running shoes, thanks for that who would have known that. The point I was making was about the brand.
A cheap pair of running shoes for the occasional runner or gym workout these are fine for anyone more serious they would already have a better pair, by the way all the long distance runners from east Africa manage perfectly well bare footed and don't hide behind equipment. First world problems.

+ 1 about the running spikes ....
However, I thought it was common knowledge that Usain Bolt bought his training shoes from Wynsors world of shoes , and usually only when they have a sale on. I may be wrong though ?

You are comparing these trainers to one's which Usain bolt would wear. You are off your head. Not sure if you know much about sports. I do! I'm pretty sure he will wear spikes not running trainers and if he did they would be custom made not these.

which far eastern sweatshops produce the non cheap looking trainers, considering athletes, footballers etc are sponsored by them,
Usain Bolt must really be kicking himself for being handicapped all those years wearing puma
The fact these can be found in SportsDirect suggests that these are Puma's 'no frills' range

Ok for 'casual wear' but not great for running in

I got a pair from Amazon a couple of weeks ago. Decent running shoes, comfy and they look good imo. Size comes up about right, perhaps slightly small (if you're a half go for the next size up).
Hot.

I like pumas but they do look dare i say cheap and nasty . And probably not great for running. Great price if your not bothered though.

Are these any good for flat feet / sunken arches? Guessing I need to look for something a bit more supportive like Saucony Guides

Seems fine for a basic pair of trainers, if they have your size. Are amazon fine with you trying then on and returning?

Good price if you have womens feet :stuck_out_tongue:
Not so good if like me, you need a size 12.
40 odd sheets for a pair of Puma??
I don't think so.
I'd rather but Adidas for that price.

Some of them are still available for £13.50 on the right side listing of available items, but are currently OOS, expected availability next week. E.g. size 11 is shown as something like £30 from an alternative seller, but £13.50 with stock expected next week from Amazon.

I saw this a couple of weeks ago for £13.50 and thought of buying and it went up to £18.50 or something the next day. Left it thinking I will check again to see if it will go down, so thanks OP.
Only selected sizes and in black at £13.50. Very hot deal. Also if the size is wrong you can usually return for free on Amazon. If you want it buy soon as it may go up in price again.

Thanks Op. Ordered one pair. I had issue with their fitting. If your shoe size is 10, should order 10.5 for comfort.
