Use code E3HANGOVER. I'm pretty sure this is the cheapest I have seen Doom, and it's a great pre-order price for No Man's Sky.
DOOM is the upcoming first-person shooter (FPS) being developed by id Software.
Developed by id software, the studio that pioneered the first-person shooter genre and created multiplayer Deathmatch, DOOM returns as a brutally fun and challenging modern-day shooter experience. Relentless demons, impossibly destructive guns, and fast, fluid movement provide the foundation for intense, first-person combat – whether you’re obliterating demon hordes through the depths of Hell in the single-player campaign, or competing against your friends in numerous multiplayer modes. Expand your gameplay experience using DOOM SnapMap game editor to easily create, play, and share your content with the world.

Yeah, I definitely can't fault TGC at all. My last purchase from the was Super Mario Maker on launch which also came early.
They're definitely one of the better retailers.

Ah you're joking. You could play it when he's in bed and just explain to him how The Game Collection are such bad retailers for sending out what clearly looks like an unsealed, used game

No Man's Sky looks like it could be one of those amazing games, or one that could turn out to be a massive disappointment. I hope it's the former.

They are really slow though. Email them to try & change the address but they posted it four days later & emailed me a day later saying they couldn't because it has been dispatched. Crazy you can't cancel or change orders on the website.

That must be a new thing as they never used to take payment until dispatch.
Edit:- I ordered this morning and I have just checked my credit card and no payment has been taken and there no payments pending from TGC.

The Game Collection are awesome. I also discovered after my first order that they are based very close to my local RM sorting office in Swansea... every single pre-order from them I get the game before release, often 2 or 3 days before!

I've got to be honest, I'm quite skeptical of No Man's Sky. Looks like the type of game that will have beautiful visuals that initially impress but with no concrete objectives it will become very boring, very fast. There's only so much entertainment to be had from discovering planet after planet with grass of varying shades of blue and creatures with minimally longer legs. Personally I'd hold off on buying it. I have a feeling the price will fall fast.

Even if you had checked it in these 6hrs no mans sky would still have been out of stock as went out of stock at around 1.30pm. The game collection only release a certain amount of stock for each game to be used with the code so you need to get in early. As soon as the code expires no mans sky will be back in stock on their website.
They are a good company to deal with though. As others have said you usually get games a few days before release date. I even got one game a full week before release date from them earlier this year.

Doom will be £15 in winter when it has to go up against all those massive games. I can wait for it since the online is ASS (i played the beta).

The Game Collection is just the cheapest option... I buy from them but i get annoyed when i do because they cannot take care of their games. I dont know how they store them but they clearly dont look after them properly. The game cases are always squashed. I guess this is just a nitpick but i would like it if they stored their games better.

Ah, you're joking but in Australia games that come in Special Edition bundles are unsealed whilst the outside is fully brand new sealed (the opposite).

Sorry, I guess you thought I was being sarcastic. I really do think The Game Collection are awesome - I've bought lots of things from them in the past. I totally understand why they limit the amount of copies they have available for discounted pre-order. From a business perspective, it's very sensible thing to do.
