I think you really have to take the pee to get banned from Amazon and sending back a sealed game isn't really doing anything wrong.
Plus the resale value on Tearaway is likely to be terrible at this point.

the frame rate is terrible at times. and it's crashed on me a couple of times on ps4 when it gets to intense. but it's such a great game I can over look that. shame the dlc isn't reduced.
