Boost your bass
Using a dedicated 16cm cone and a bass reflex cabinet, the Pioneer S-SLW500 is a great value way of boosting your bass. Ideal for use with speaker packages, such as Pioneer's own S-SL100 5.0 pack, this passive subwoofer also works well with a wide variety of other speakers. With the potential for bass to drop right down to 35Hz b this depends on your amp - the Pioneer sub adds real wallop to both music and movie soundtracks.
Easy to position
With its specially designed, low-profile cabinet, the S-SLW500 has been designed to fit where other subs won't go. Mount it on a rack, alongside a system or under furniture; this Pioneer sub will slide in with ease. Or it can be used vertically. Non-slip pads help quell any vibrations and 3m of basic speaker cable is provided to get you going straight from the box.
Ideal as your first subwoofer or as a replacement for an existing passive system sub, the Pioneer S-SLW500 is a sub-sonic bargain!

Probably not as the soundbar you listed is normally sold with a wireless sub. There won't be many amps which can drive an unpowered sub and as such is a specialist item.

Brought this at this price over a year ago. Good sound but just binned it and got a sound bar. Much better and smaller and compact.
