I get it then, so one switch can control one bulb or a group of bulbs (up to 10) but not two bulbs independatly

I believe one switch can control upto 10 bulbs, so depends if you want to control them independently. I have 3 as I plan to have them in different rooms

I couldn't see a contents list and the instructions arent much help either. From some googling it looks like the hue iris is just the lamp and the living colours iris has the remote, but its all pretty confusing. Not trying to take away from your deal, it was still a great offer.

Does it say the contents on the box?

hmm my iris doesnt have a remote control which is pretty disappointing for a 70 quid product. Probably should have read the description but when I was looking at these before they seemed to come with one, guess I need the hub too.

Placed a massive order, when it came to the basket it then said most was not in stock and could not order multiples of the same thing. Placed order and went back in to order more stuff but the code now doesn't work :disappointed: wanted strips and more bulbs but no luck. Shame

You have to buy the led strip starter kit, the extensions need the controller that comes with the starter kit, even if you have a hub.
