8-packs of Pepsi Max are £3.50, buy one get one free. With a MyWaitrose card pay £2.10 for two 8-packs in-store. Offer ends 28 June.
To get this deal you need a MyWaitrose card. Order one from
http://www.waitrose.com/content/waitrose/en/home/mywaitrose/mywaitrose_welcome.html
You then need to add this product to your "Pick Your Own Offers". Do that at
http://www.waitrose.com/content/waitrose/en/home/mywaitrose/pick-your-own.html
Or use the iOS or Android PYO app:
http://www.waitrose.com/home/mywaitrose/myw-pyo-apps.html
The notional pre-offer £7.00 spend means you can get a free tea or coffee and newspaper. Depending on the store, if you go for that you could also get a parking refund at the Quick Check machine. (You don't need to have a parking ticket to get that discount. So you could end up paying £1.10 for 16 cans + coffee + paper if your store offers a £1 parking refund.)
If ordering online you'll probably pay £2.80 for two packs, not £2.10.
Update 2016-06-08 16:30: If ordering online, it looks like there's a glitch where the Waitrose site applies two offer discounts (BOGOF and two-for-£5), meaning you can get two packs for £1.80 online! The other types of Pepsi are two packs for £2.50 since the PYO Offers only applies to Pepsi Max.
http://www.waitrose.com/shop/OfferDetails?offerId=12963932
2016-06-09: Now the offer is two for £5, looks like you pay £3.60 for two 8-packs online.

Full credit to Waitrose, we agreed to cancel the order due to limited stock. When the stock came in, the order was twice the original price. Just had the email confirmation of the refund on the extra. Thanks Waitrose for honouring the original order price.

It wasn't misleading, but the deal should be (and now has been) expired.
When I first checked the Waitrose site last Wednesday, the offer was showing as £3.50 BOGOF. That offer has been on before several times. With that you'd pay £2.10 for two packs in-store.
Someone at Waitrose screwed up, because it looks like the offer this month was supposed to be two-for-£5. But at some point, online it was showing as both BOGOF and two-for-£5, meaning you could get two packs for £1.80 online. Hence ShortFatJock's bargain.
A while later they fixed it to be just two-for-£5, which is as you say £3.60 for two packs in-store.

This is really misleading. The 8 packs cost £3.50 but if you buy 2 you get them for £2.50 each (£5.00 total)
If your INSTORE they take the 20% MyWaitrose discount of the £3.50 amount so 70p double this up to £1.40 for the 2 packs of 8 Cans (16 total) then they deduct the £1.40 from the £5.00 so you pay £3.60 for the 2 packs of 8 cans making them £1.80 each.
If your ONLINE then the 20% discount comes of the total for the 2 packs of 8 cans ie £5.00 so you save £1.00 reducing the total cost to £4.00.

Wow, it'll take a while to get through that lot! Unless you own a cafe/bar/shop/whatever.

A nice pic to end on.
Thank you so much to Waitrose head office and Waitrose Horley for honouring the deal. Best customer services I have ever had from any organisation I have dealt with..

The local store left me a message to say that they did not have enough stock so would have to order more in for delivery tomorrow. Then I received an email saying that the price had gone up from £80.80 (592 cans plus 2 bottles of Russian Standard less £20 code for a £100 spend) to £147.40. I spoke to the store, explained that I am bit dodgy and that I got a good online price on Wednesday. The lady checked, couldn't believe the price I had got, but said that she was happy to honour it and would arrange delivery for tomorrow.
So, if I take off the £34 for the vod, the Pepsi Max cost £46.80 for 74 packs or 63p per pack or 8p per can.
Thank you again Donuts123for the heads up..:sunglasses:

I have done 52 and worked out at 90p for each 8pack!!! That was yesterday though and offer has changed on website now as others say. Had them ring me to say they have no where near that amount and they will have to order them in. Asked him to confirm the price won't change and he said it won't. Website says estimated price only refers to small variations in weight so think we are covered but will see. If not it will be rejected and my local store will be sat on a lot of unweeded stock! Lol

Yes, shows as two for £5 online now. However if I add two Pepsi Max 8-packs to my trolley it shows the total as £3.60. I thought it would be £4 online (£5 minus 20% PYO), but £3.60 matches what the in-store price would be (£5 minus 20%*£7 PYO).
I checked in store today. No offer info on the shelf, scans as two for £5.

It seems all types of Pepsi have this glitch, you can get two packs for £2.50. (Only Pepsi Max is on the MyWaitrose PYO Offers.)
A word of warning...You'll be charged whatever the price is when the shop is picked.
As the glitch is not working in-store, you'll only get the BOGOF offer, i should think.

Bought this morning from my local Waitrose. The BOGOF doesn't work in store but the 2 for £5 does. The ticket says BOGOF. One staff member made a call and said the BOGOF was incorrect and the deal should be 2 for £5 (they refunded me the difference as the ticket in store was wrong). So be quick as likely to be updated soon.
I paid £2.10 for 2 x 8 pack.
Waitrose updated all their offers today so maybe there's a glitch with their web site. I'll check in-store tomorrow and verify that the BOGOF offer is active. (In-store, if you scan a pack with a Quick Check handset, it should tell you what offer applies.)
And bizarrely, I just tried adding two packs to my online trolley, and it's saying they'll cost me only £1.80! So even less than the in-store price!
