Suppose Nilfisk aren't infallible.
But a K2 better than a Titan?
Titan has more pressure, a higher flow rate and a better pump....

Nice touch with the added hose wheel which seems to be only available on quite expensive Karcher's.

The hose reel is only intended for storage. You'd have to unwind the entire length of hose to use the washer. And wind it all back up again afterwards. I find this a hassle so just wind the hose round the carrying handle instead.
Also, the supplied hose itself is rubbish too as it kinks very easily. Save yourself a lot of frustration and upgrade to a rubber hose - I got a 10m one from qwashers (they sell on ebay) for £36.

Karcher have changed the design of their pressure washer so that the reel is on the back as they are top heavy and can fall over easy. My karcher k4 fell over backwards and snapped the handle off.

Nilfisk = aluminium pumps karcher plastic. This is a great deal with all the stuff. Been keeping my eye out for the e130s with induction pumps but they are way more expensive. Just bought the top of the range vax 2500w after finding out it has a metal pump and 165 bar pressure and auto express winner. I have a nilfisk btw.

I expected same actually but Nilfisk it's not even close. Karcher just do the job. In the 1st one the nozzle was licking after 20 minutes of using coz of of the construction. In 2nd the water connector just broke. Besides My model squeaks during using. That's not normal :-/ however try if you want. I just wanted to be happy washing my car thats all

I've used pressure washers for the last 25 years and I bought a nilfisk about 5 years ago similar model to this and its been great and lasted longer than any other pressure washer I've owned

Can I get a partial refund as I paid 95 for it from Argos about a week back?

I've had 2 Karcher K2's and both leaked oil then finally went up in smoke. I have the Nilfisk titan now and I prefer it to the K2. The squeak noise is apparently normal and is something to do with the aluminium motor.

I like my toys and have had a few pressure washers, including a top of the range Karcher. They all failed fairly quickly. I bought the nilfisk centennial last year from a deal on here as I was done spending big money on these. I couldn't believe how good this was for the £80 I paid. I would say it's better than any other model I have owned and comes with far more accessories.

There is no competition between Nilfisk and Karcher, the latter being unreliable.
I upgraded from the notoriously unreliable K2 to the Titan after getting a refund on the K2.
There is simply no competition between the two of them. The Titan does indeed have a higher flow rate / more pressure and much better construction.
Anyone claiming otherwise had a faulty unit or is pulling your leg.

I've had a few karcher K4's and all of them the pumps started leaking causing the machine to constantly pulse. Now own a nilfisk c130 and it's a far better machine, would never go back to karcher and would never recommend.

I bought a 120bar Nilfisk years ago and it has been faultless.
It was made much better when I invested in a quality rubber high pressure hose.

http://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/nilfisk-compact-130-bar-1800w-pressure-washer-109-99-argos-2463373
120 bar is max pressure - normally measured when unit is first powered on. Rated bar is average pressure.
