Tesco have just launched a new free from Chocolate bar. For those who cannot have dairy or gluten.
This is pretty cheap in comparison to alternative white chocolate.
Suitable for Vegans and Vegetarians.

Actually its the dairy as the precious darlings don't allow themselves that. They don't allow themselves anything which 'exploits' animals, that includes things like honey, wool, leather and so the list goes on. My stepson & partner (and 2 year old child) decided to go vegan, now I'm not saying they're precious and up themselves and so right on dude but some people may mistake my thoughts along those lines ;-)
Thanks for the chocolate tip, my 1 year old grandson is dairy intolerant (almost exactly 2 hours after eating any dairy product he projectile vomits!)

You mean to say there's never been any meat in chocolate ever? This is a surprise, so I've been eating vegetarian chocolate then ahhhh.

As it is 'white chocolate' it is also free from chocolate. Might as well call it steak for all the relation it has to the real thing.

It's been "new" for the last couple of months.
I recommend trying out their vegan friendly ice cream, it tastes creamier than the "normal" type.
You don't need believe in the Vegan God either

Not being picky, but where does it say Vegan? just because it omits things doesn't mean it's vegan.I'm guessing one of the flavourings is animal derived, hence no vegan labelling.

Loads of stuff uses animal products, white cane sugar is processed through bone char, the burnt bones of cows. Most wines, beers and ciders use fish bladder to clear them.

Not all white sugar is
ARE TATE & LYLE SUGARS SUITABLE FOR VEGANS?
All of our sugars are suitable for vegans, except Tate & Lyle Traditional Royal Icing Sugar, which contains egg white.
Are Billington’s Sugars suitable for vegetarians or vegans?
Billington’s sugars are suitable for vegetarians and vegans, however, our Golden Icing sugar is produced in a factory which handles egg and therefore carries a ‘may contain traces of’ warning on pack and should be avoided by vegans.

Why would it be free of chocolate? Cocoa beans don't contain dairy anyway.
