Terrible name for a mouse (who agreed W8 as the model number?!) but seems a great price for this. AWD are a good retailer, have used them before and had good service. Only 7 left in stock!

I got mine yesterday too from the £9.99 delivered deal. Good mouse for the price

They are really selling it well "The mouse is built with a 5600 DPI sensor, which is perhaps not as much as high-end gaming mice,"

Haha yeah, tell me about it. Mind you, dpi is meaningless at this stage, it's the quality of the sensor tracking that matters. This mouse uses the Avago 9500, which has a little bit of acceleration, but otherwise is a reasonable laser sensor. It's no Pixart 3310, but then it's bonkers cheap!

I like the honesty though.

Got this when it was £10, there's another post for it at this price a couple of days ago, mouse arrived yesterday, much earlier than expected, seamless experience, besides, paid by PayPal, how are they dodgy?

Judging them on personal experience too, which I agree is a small sample hence why I said maybe they've improved, but I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole unless they were extremely cheap.
Good luck! Don't think a mouse requires too much customer service.

indeed there a youtube video from 2014 when it was released and it was wired.not sure it comes with a mat or not because in the video he already opened the box but there was a mat near it

I understand it's out of stock now, but is this mouse wireless? I know gaming mice are usually wired but the picture doesn't show any wires and makes it look wireless...

A lot of the promotional shots show it without a wire (presumably cause wires ruin looks?) but it appears to be wired if you google it.

23 is a terribly small sample size to judge on online retailer on.
Dealt with them before and would never do so again.

High dpi mice is a marketing gimmick that people fall for because people think higher number = better. Wouldn't go near any mouse advertising 10,000+ dpi. Low dpi and optical preferably is best.

Appreciate the research, was about to go look up the sensor used.
