Without knowing how much ram or internal storage this has it's hard to know if it's good deal or not.

I just checked on chat and they say it is the 16GB/2GB version, which is quite disappointing. Really at this price point I'd be wanting 32GB/3GB at least....

Which is a bad deal, one pence cheaper than on the Moto G site and with no Moto Maker either so no customization.

is it worth to pay extra for a PLUS model, yes if you want a hugely improved camera, according to DXOMARK, the camera on plus model's on par with iphone6s plus, and even better than iphone 6s
This is basically a fancier smart ultra 6? Not worth double the price imo. The SoC is too weak.

Agreed. The 64GB, 4GB RAM version is available for £264 - 15% (£224) with the unidays discount but still no NFC and poor SoC still not worth it even with the discount.

I got one when it was posted a few weeks ago, had nothing but trouble with it. Just keeps rebooting all the time...so annoying esp in the middle of a call or when using sat nav :disappointed:

I had the Moto G4 a couple of weeks ago and coming from the Moto G 4G, its a big ass phone. Screen is nice, camera nice, speakers a bit iffy but the biggest plus side is PURE ANDROID 6 - no extra cack to slow it down.
Didnt get on with the size so sent it back, Phablets not for me and impossible for one handed operation (sounds like a xxx movie)

Some reviews would suggest the camera is better, the lower pixel count being more than made up for by other tech. Pixels aren't everything. I have a Moto X Play and the camera is not that great in practice. Mind you they said the X Play was a leap forward for Moto cameras, so I don't know about the G4 plus...
