The recommended retail price is £449. It's an old model now and they may have wanted to offload old stock at £100 but made the mistake. They will have simply returned the price to whatever it was before the mistake was made.
The fact that it's low priced elsewhere suggests the same, that it's been around a while and it's now time to get rid of stock. It was still £449 when released.

If those of you who have received the payment error email are still around. Could you post the time at which your order was processed please? It might give a better picture of what's going on and if some people still might expect it to be honoured.
For instance if they are only cancelling orders after they noticed the mistake they may be honouring some early ones. I'm well over an hour since ordering and have had no indication I'm not getting it yet.

No, I posted their terms on the previous page. They have the right to cancel any order at any time. You only have a contract with them when they dispatch the goods or remove the money from your account ( not reserve it, the bank do that) whichever is the latter. So in this case it's not yours until it's in the post.
Have cancelation emails been sent out? Mine just sais awaiting dispatch so not sure what that's about if I get one fantastic if I don't then nothing lost xx

I was on this within the first 10 minutes and mine says est. dispatch 30/6/2016 so i expect all of them say that. They claim delivery usually within 48 hours. I would not hold out any hope. Their terms and conditions clearly give them the option to back out of every sale.
As one of the early purchasers I do find it odd that I've not had an email about it yet. I thought I'd be one of the first to get bumped.

I actually used a broker https://www.parcel2go.com/ and they show you all the prices. It went with Yodel which i didn't realise until after I had paid and would probably not have chosen. They tried to deliver it to an office building on a Saturday afternoon which is foolish but bad timing. The guy was back there Monday morning with it without any action being taken by me or the guy at the other end. So all in all? Pretty good. It could have been cheaper but I added insurance. Oh, and they picked it up from my house.

I did quite a bit of reading up around the time of the Zavvi incident - at the time, the purchases were covered by Distance Selling Regulations (which have now been replaced by consumer rights act), which stated that if you received items which were different to what you'd ordered (as long as you had ordered something), were classed as sent in error, and not unsolicited. Unsolicited goods are those that you receive without placing an order first.
With your coins, they were unsolicited as they weren't in place of something else, you hadn't made any request of the company to send you anything at the time. The Zavvi situation was different.

I feel the only thing getting de/dispatched are our cancellation emails. Zavvi are better at getting glitched stuff sent out same day, for next day delivery. I ordered DPD next day with the hut at 13:13pm. With the Zavvi £50 off £5 glitch they asked us all to cancel our orders, I did not and received £100 in Blu-Ray box sets. :disappointed:. :laughing:

Processing is not a step back ( although it likely means refund) the order was awaiting warehouse pick > Awaiting Despatch > Processing. So it's not saying anything that was said before on the order page. However we all know nobody is getting one of these and they are legally allowed to cancel your order at any time even if they have taken your money. The only way you could possibly have an argument is if it went out for delivery and they told the driver not to deliver it and bring it back.

To be honest I think the whole system went into meltdown as staff were flapping about wondering the best way to deal with their error. there is an outside possibility that they are honouring the deal for whatever reason, (needing to clear space, selling at no profit, selling to hit a volume bonus from the supplier etc.) but there was so many orders they sold out. they have cancelled the later orders as no stock and will be posting the ones they do have stock for as soon as they can, just that process is on a go slow. an outside chance of this. odds on they get cancelled

Paypal will send you a separate email once the payment has been "accepted" by the hut. Check your inbox to make sure. Your bank will also likely take the funds from your account, again this does not mean the payment has been accepted. If payment has been "accepted" then you should receive the goods as stated in their t&cs.
"Any orders placed by you will be treated as an offer to purchase the goods or services from us and we have the right to reject such offers at any time. There is just one problem with that. The t&c says money debited or despatch which ever is that later meaning which ever one is later and in this case that is the item been despatch so even though they have taken the money the contract is not complete until the item is despatched so they can still cancel and refund the payment.

Its my understanding that debiting the card is reason 1 and reason 2 is the later of; dispatching the goodsorcommencing the service, whatever that means?

Once it moves from pending transaction into your normal transactions at your bank they have claimed the money ive been told this many times by the bank. Pending means its authorized and awaiting the retailer to take the money and once its moves to the transactions they have taken it. if they hadn't taken the money it would sit in the pending section for 5 days and then be moved back in to the available balance of your bank account

Processing was how it was described in the email. and on the page that appeared after your transaction was made. Yet when you go to your account and looked at the particular transaction, the first comment was awaiting store pick, or words to that effect.

I've tried this and the mini PC from Amazon.de recently and both have been unsuccessful. Moral of the story is if you see a glitch, order it yourself and tell someone after you've received it. There's no real point in sending these glitches out to 1000's of people as it just wastes our time as the sudden spike in sales gets noticed and all orders get cancelled. PS I'm still in the Processing state with money gone from my bank acct.

If they don't honour it, fair enough. I'm not going to bbc watchdog and trading standards but if they don't refund me quickly then I will not be happy. they will have review from me on all review sites such as trustpilot, Revoo etc including facebook and twitter. They spotted the error in few minutes after the glitch so I don't think it is a rocket science to refund quickly. they can send email notifications straight away for cancellation and start issuing refund. I have a funny feeling that they are in urgent need of cash/liquidity to pay their creditors. this glitch could be their action plan for this. perhaps they are expecting some payment in next few weeks time and they will pays back.

My order says processing now, money has been taken through paypal and cleared out of my bank account as well. Still holding out on hope.
And why was it £10.10?? Nobody else has reported paying that amount. Think everyone as either paid £10 (and got free delivery), £11.99 (£1.99 for delivery) or even more for the fast next day delivery.
Incidentally, mine has switched back to "Processing", which suggests it is going to get cancelled - and I was probably one of the first to attempt to purchase - about 5 minutes before the one that it is claimed is out for delivery via Royal Mail.

I eventually contacted them through Facebook and he said he was sorry Nobody had processed my refund after them cancelling and saying they would. I received my refund today.
So contact them again but try through Facebook as they don't listen via their webpage as I'd contacted them twice regarding it and was told it had already been processed the liars!!

Be sure if you don't don't cancel your hut account that you at least change the settings so you don't receive their spam mail every day.
To be honest I think the whole system went into meltdown as staff were flapping about wondering the best way to deal with their error. The price rolled back to full price before it went back to the intended sale price of £160. Someone is going to get a roasting for not typing that 6 yesterday when they put it on sale.

This is really weird - it's showing as sold out, some people report their order is 'processing', some got cancellation emails and others have had theirs deleted.
The hut should just tell us...this is getting old now.

Still no email though
1 is by paypal although at the time it said failed, so I used my debit card instead. Which one will they refund, I shall wait and see.

Did they charge you £11.99 for the order by any chance
Shot them a message after todays failed payment so I expect it'll get cancelled manually by them.

When I check my order it is saying cancelled. I got the email to say it would be cancelled so I thought I'd get my refund quicker if I cancelled it myself. So now the order isn't even in my account. How long can they keep the money before they issue a refund
I might just go threw my bank
So contact them again but try through Facebook as they don't listen via their webpage as I'd contacted them twice regarding it and was told it had already been processed the liars!!
