Just to be clear the box will most likely arrive in french which may de value it slightly for resale value, the cable can be changed easily its a standard 2 pin kettle cable can be bought for couple of pound of ebay, the warranty will be perfectly valid.

Really tempted by this, but I don't think that it'll end up being that cheap by the time you've faffed about selling stuff.
If you try to sell the EU console on ebay, It'll go for somewhere between £200 & £220 I'm guessing, minus the fees and postage. That'll leave something around £180. So you lose about £50 from the original deal. Then buy another xbox using the £114 voucher. The whole thing will be costing about £170 ish.
Don't get me wrong, that's a decent price for a 1TB xbox with game. It's a fair bit of hassle and risk in terms of how much you can sell an EU xbox one for, though.

Edit: Selling a code you receive via email on eBay is risky, you have no way to prove that the code was legit in the first place, if you sell it to a dodgy buyer, they could easily scam you, I've had it in the past. At least if you buy two physical copies of a game, they will sell on eBay properly for £30-35 each. Yeah, perhaps Titanfall 2 will not, but it was just an example.

To be fair, I hadn't even looked at the prices of xbox slims prior to replying to you, if they're £350 as on sale on most websites, then yeah, you're right, much easier to put the voucher towards the xbox slim. The profit margin depends on how quickly the RRP drops for the slim in the first month or so.

Hey guys.
You get the Xbox One Forza Edition for £229.33 (= 299€) including delivery from the Microsoft Store France.
On top of that, you get a voucher worth ~£114 (= 150€) via Email for your next purchase (e.g. some games or some equipment) in the store. The voucher must be used until 15.08.
There are other bundles available too - choose one of them with "+ bon d'achat 150€".
--> Hint: You can buy a bundle - get the voucher - and you can instantly use the voucher to purchase another bundle = ~£350 for 2 Xbox bundles and another £114 voucher

If you try to sell the EU console on ebay, It'll go for somewhere between £200 & £220 I'm guessing, minus the fees and postage. That'll leave something around £180. So you lose about £50 from the original deal. Then buy another xbox using the £114 voucher. The whole thing will be costing about £170 ish.
Don't get me wrong, that's a decent price for a 1TB xbox with game. It's a fair bit of hassle and risk in terms of how much you can sell an EU xbox one for, though.

Edit: Selling a code you receive via email on eBay is risky, you have no way to prove that the code was legit in the first place, if you sell it to a dodgy buyer, they could easily scam you, I've had it in the past. At least if you buy two physical copies of a game, they will sell on eBay properly for £30-35 each. Yeah, perhaps Titanfall 2 will not, but it was just an example.
