Ordered a pair, and then have just had an email to say they were unable to supply the item I ordered.

Ordered, then Debenhams sent an e-mail cancelling the order, yet boots still showing available in that size. They are also taking up to 10 days to refund my money. Unacceptable timescale. Poor customer service.

just had another email offer this morning about a half price sale.....so i look for those boots again and yes! they are back up for sale with sizes of 10 and 6 in stock, i ring Debanhams just to check first and he said no, they are all out of stock!
their website is all over the place!
