my own personal experience is a no. have had a few of there items over the years, and its never lasted very long. I wouldn't buy any of their stuff again.

The 1st time I read your quote I thought it said discontinued staff which may be true with the staff turnover in there warehouse.

Wouldn't mind paying P&P if the staff got their fair share. But Sports Direct isn't the only company at fault, could name a few sadly :disappointed:

I've got a couple of Regatta softshell jackets and I have to say the quality is superb. Completely windproof, very light and comfortable. Perfect for when I go out on my mountain bike on a chilly day or evening. Also have a sports "adventure tec" tee shirt, again the quality is amazing for the money it's much better than Nike top I own and it was more than half the price.

Great quality for work etc. the 3 in 1 jackets are hard wearing and ready on the wallet and the fleeces are warm and well made.... I'd recommend this brand.

I've had a couple of Regatta coats that have lasted me well and have been of good quality. My only comment on Regatta clothing is that the colour combinations they use can sometimes be quite odd!

Never had any problem with their bodywarmers and fleeces. As with the softshell jacket I bought from them, it wasn't breathable enough.

Be careful when returning any unwanted items. I did last time with proof of posting as advised by them (not recorded delivery), but they claimed the item did not reach them and they said that I need to approach Royal Mail for compensation.

People going on about quality. Granted it's not going to do you for an arctic expedition and perhaps not be great to do a mountainous hike on a wet winters day. But in moderate rain, quite cold temperatures (say to -5c), it's going to be fine.

If you're walking the dog, watching the kids play football, or like me doing veterinary and ecological field sampling - it's fine.

No advertisement ever states 'whole site' but using the word 'everything' is a little misleading. Just an opinion. I voted hot anyway as there are still some good deals on the items from that link.

I have bought from Regatta outlet and must say the fleeces & jackets are with par if not better than the expensive high street over inflated prices. The items are well designed & very practical than the likes of M&S, BHS etc.which I have found to be boring & in practical. The quality seems fine, and anyway clothing is a quite frequent expense these days as people buy for a change not because the clothing has worn out.
