Just go in, choose any starter, main, dessert, drink, pay using your voucher, if you wish, take home and cook. This isn't a restaurant offer. Sometimes the choices are limited if you go late in the day or towards the end of the offer.

Hi you choose 1 main, 1 side, 1 dessert and bottle of wine . It is very well laid out in most stores with good signage, pick one of each item take to checkout and pay . Discount comes off at checkout. Yes you pay with vouchers no need to book anything as it in food hall / hope this helps

I had a Sparks card but had to cancel it due to the continuous irrelevant spam M&S kept sending. I contacted them about it and they said a lot of people had complained but they did nothing to improve things.

The only surprise here is that someone has posted that has never had this offer before!
I agree with the comment above suggesting the portion size is a bit on the small side. When these deals started many moons ago, everything was full size, but they then started to include smaller pack sizes, particularly on desserts. Time this deal was retired and they came up with something new. Personally, I'd be more inclined to buy a £20 Meal deal if it included better quality meal options and better wine. :man:
