I've had this remote around 3 years and it works great with my Sky box, YouView box, DVD player, LG TV and Denon Amp. Support from Logitech is first class too when needed.

Hope the numbers don't wear off the buttons like they have with all my previous Harmony remotes!

Thanks, have ordered one as a backup to my current 650 for when that bites the dust.

Good price. I got mine for £29 in the lightning deal of last Christmas. Really useful, well made and definitely worth it.
Mine controls the LG TV, Sky, Blu-ray player and OpenELEC media centre through a Flirc dongle (in case anyone is interested to know...)

Be careful!!!
There is a problem with a batch of these (I have one, bought only 4 months ago) where a resistor needs to be soldered on...... the alternative is to use Lithium batteries- this works but once they get to a certain charge level they have to be replaced. A PITA.

Mine did as well, but Harmony were really good and sent me a replacement, no questions asked.
This is a great remote and makes it (probably like any Harmony) dead easy to set up combinations to Switch on TV on particular channel - then switch on PVR, and so on.

Had ours for donkeys years now. The numbers are still intact but the grey on the edges of the buttons has worn through. It appears that the white numbers are below the grey paint layer, probably to let the glowing lights through

IF HDMI-CEC was implemented properly across all devices, there would be little use for harmony remotes, unless you have a massive amount of devices..
TV, Receiver & Set Top Box & Maybe Media Streamer should all be able to be controlled from the TV or STB remotes.

Yeah. I've had a (now discontuned - shame as it's awesome) 555 for many many years and the numbers are all still fine. The glow sensor does seem a little hit and miss these days, but there is a button to manually activate it so I can live with that.

I do.
Mine does lights, plugs, HTPC, a couple of consoles (as well as all the usual AV gear) ...
I did consider remote curtain track but decided that would be overkill. (And it was expensive and prone to failing)

Hence why I said unless, the majority of users are for AV systems mainly, and a HTCP can be controlled over CEC if your using XBMC or a variant as can playstations, but my point was about proper implementation of CEC and Microsoft is a major ignorer of this.

Was it as simple as a phone call , did you have to send your old one back to them??

Can you translate that please. Tried to use Google, but there's no gibberish option.

Sorry for your delay.. I did it over email, was asked to send a couple of photos, and kept the old unit.. It was supposedly disabled from their database, so updating the codes might have been tricky, but it still worked..
