life Mobile 1000 Minutes 5000 Texts 1 Gb Data £5.95
It is a 3rd Party EE and the network coverage is very good!
30 days contract -It gets renew every month automatically, the prices never change!
I am very pleased with it and the price paid.
Just go on uswitch press sim only deals and look for the one stated in the title.
Many Thanks!

I failed to get the last deal that was posted for £1. Apparently failed credit check even though my credit score is very good.

i was lucky enough to get the £1 deal but heard today they are honouring the deal only for 6 months. Still cannot complain, I will just downgrade.. er.. upgrade to this deal in 6 months time!

got this for self and daughter a month or so ago - very happy with deal and customer service from life mobile. One improvement would be app to check usage but not too much of a hassle to log in and check your usage on the website.

It's a great deal but was cold because it's posted so often it's getting silly.

Every contract has a credit check ... even SIM only.
Cracking deal the wife just grabbed one and all working this morning. Customer service was excellent.
30 day contract is great while she hangs on a decent s7 edge deal popping up

I've been with them for a while, shame the 2gb package is almost twice as much as this deal.

They do credit checks, but they have a maximum overspend of £30 I think (you can ask them to remove it after you've been a customer for a while I believe), you'll do well to fail it. They're only giving you a maximum of £30 credit (and at cost price that's more like £5).

what's the £1 deal?
also if more than 1GB is used in a month, does the data stop, or are charges taken straight from your bank account?

would like to get this for myself and rest of family so would need 5 SIM cards. All would need to be in my name so does anyone know if this is possible? I can only add one SIM to basket when I try to order.

Thinking of going with Life when my contract ends. Anyone had any issues porting from EE to Life?

The wife did this a few months ago. No problem at all porting number from EE. Activated sim card and gave Life customer service the PAC code all done and dusted in a few days, great customer service

I ported across from Orange (EE) last week - A few issues but I had read elsewhere that porting from EE would take slightly longer than a port across from another provider (Orange being part of EE). I gave Life mobile my PAC on Wednesday, on the Friday afternoon my Orange sim with my number I wanted to port across was disconnected and line was dead, and my Life mobile sim was live and working but was still on original allocated number - It took until Monday morning for the transfer to be fully completed. I expect the weekend didn't help with the amount of time taken for the transfer, but was a little inconvenient that my original number was disconnected for nearly 3 days, especially as it was the weekend. It's all good now and didn't need any calls to Life mobile to chase up.

I ported two numbers to the one pound Sims. After giving life my Pacs they were across the very next day. From giffgaff. Very impressed

Had this deal for a month and the service is very good. 3g is great, didn't notice any difference vs 4g. Wish they'll offer more data with less call and text for the same price.

If they offered a plan with more than 4GB of data, I'd join them in an instance.
3G doesn't bother me and the EE/T-Mobile signal is great around me,
I have ordered this for rest of family. I just did the same order 3x on the website.
Spoke with Life and they are also planning (No ETA) to do a child facility. Not 100% sure what it is, but basically it allows the phone to be locked (calls and texts) between certain times of day, eg night/homework etc. I think it can then be controlled from "parent account".
One thing to note is that I now have loads of accounts, 1 for each card. Not possible to have all the cards on 1 account which is a pain.
I do recommend ringing up and reducing cap to £1. My eldest always uses up his data within 2days and always ignores me about not turning on the data limit on the phone.

Been waiting 9 days! so far for them to port my number over from Post Office mobile. I've had that number since I got my first phone, there will be hell to pay if they fu*k it up and lose it.

I ported over to life from virgin with no issues, all done in one day. Great (UK) customer service when I needed to check something. Very happy for £10 and 3gb with unlimited texts and minutes. If certainly recommend them,I think my deal was viz broadband choices, but this uswitch deal is good for less money and data.

CS is very good
Only think what bothers me are extra charges, for example - calls from UK to Europe are £1 per minute, where giffgaff is 5p, so yeah..
