I've got this Laptop, although mine came with 16GB RAM & 2TB, everything else is the same though (i7 6500U, R7 m360) Worth remembering the i7 isn't quad core, its a dual core designed for a better performance to power ratio, so not great for gamers really who'd probably be be better off with a Quad core cpu, The only real let down is the viewing angles and colour saturation of the screen. Its not awful, but could be a lot better. I turned up the colour saturation in the settings and it brought reds up to where they should be, but made blues a bit bright and light. Don't get me wrong, it is a 1080p screen, and sometimes you look and think "Wow, its beautiful, crisp and bright" but the angles let it down.

I don't know much about the tech specs, but I would have loved to have WiDi (Wireless Display) in this. It doesn't seem to
have it :disappointed:

What's the battery life like on this guys? I'm going backpacking and trying to decide whether to get this or spend a bit more and get an ultrabook...either Dell XPS or Asus Zenbook UX303...any help would be great!

I'd say that was the better all-round laptop for the price. If you want one for serious gaming or video editing, a Dual Core is pretty useless anyway.
