Same deal post earlier from Amazon but if you buy from Very you got the option of buy now pay later and also if you open a new account you get 20% off. So if you balance those 2 things vs Amazon excellent customer service I think this is a better deal.

I got one of these albeit the Celeron N3050 version. Not sure if there's much difference but my one is dog slow and only appropriate for general web browsing. Plus the mouse pointer stutters a lot when it's loading some applications.
You get 12gb storage to play around with out of the box.

I don't believe the 100S comes with a N3050 Celeron. Many others in this form factor do, however, e.g. the Acer ES1-131 which in my personal experience having bought a refurb from Argos, did indeed run like lard. Exchanged that for a 100S from Argos and the difference is night and day. The quad core Atom easily handles a few Chrome tabs, YouTube and MS Word running simultaneously without stutter. I'm very impressed. The battery life is well over 7h as well, got a 128GB microSD card and the eMMC size is irrelevant.

Or see if they sell a time machine and take yourself back to last years black Friday event on Amazon and get it for £90.

Members expire deals quicker, you go to the op and select expire, when this is done a few times the deal becomes expired.

If it was Android or Windows mobile I would have bought it. Full windows 10 version runs very slow on these contraptions.

Bought one of these and took it back - very poor indeed

Mine was the 100 not the 100s. Exact same device apart from the processor. Had to get rid of it as it was unusable for anything other than general web browsing.
