Personally I won't buy Kingsmill because it is Halal certified, when I queried them about this and asked why they couldn't just use vegan cert they said because they wanted to assure people no pork product is used in their bread, Vegan certification would this.

Find a bread you like - a deal you like - then post on that! That is what HUKD is about, finding deals (the clue is the 'D' in HUKD)

Yum! Another low quality bread laden with mould inhibitors, improvers and chemicals to aid the high speed mixing process, and low quality British wheat. My favourite.

I think everyone on a deals website prefers expensive bread made from imported wheat that takes longer, uses more resources to produce and goes off quicker too. :stuck_out_tongue:

British wheat is an inferior product, Warburtons owns it's own wheat farms in Canada. It's nasty/low quality bread.
