Oh great. More stereotyping for the beleaguered Muslim community. I'm afraid having any particular first name doesn't make you any more likely to be a follower of any particular religion.
I don't support this deal but I'm sure I could argue against it without attacking the poster personally.

Nothing will protect you from everything, intelligence is the only extra you need.

They offer the paid versions because something has to pay for the work they do.

Just activated code and it states it will renew with new activation code when old one expires in 79 days. Cost me £24 from Currys for 3 PCs lst year so very happy to get it for £6.99 (not £3.99 and email10 or EMAIL doesnt work)
Thanks.Too many whingers on here complaining about doing it if not a Barclaycard Customer. If you're a "mummy's boy" don't do it but if you're got a pair go for it and put in random 12 digit number

Not at all. I'm challenging his conduct, not his faith and encouraging him to reflect on this. It's a reasonable deduction, which you'll note he doesn't challenge. Many names having origin in the Indian subcontinent can indirectly reveal a person's faith, there are well recognisable Sikh, Muslim and Hindu names. Ask any of your Asian friends. Harjit for example is a classic sikh name. And Farhan is a well known Islamic name. But I mentioned it, as I wrote, in the hope respecting the holy month of Ramadan might be of more motivation to this person not to encourage others to fraudulently misrepresent they hold a Barclays account to save a few pounds. But evidently not.

That's an awful lot of sanctimonious tears to be crying over £3.49. You are pal, ty I bank with Barclays and didn't know.
And if I didn't still would of done this, these companies earn billions exploiting people and people complain when they half **** their offers all they care about is money.
Case in point how many billions has Barclays paid in fines over the last couple of years? (Kasperaky will get a set amount per key which won't reflect what you pay them,) Doubt they will care for what thousands in loss revenue that's probly a days worth of toilet paper to them.

Easiest way is to log into my kaspersky site (register and assign licence if you haven't), then on the Windows / Mac devices, download from "devices section" and for android and ios, go to the app stores, download the apps then enter account credentials.

Or I shouldn't of had said anything about the 12 digits thingy.

If you check back on previous threads earlier this year, you'll see we managed to completely raep and pillage this Kaspersky offer big-time by "abusing" another code to get 5 device annual licenses for (I recall) £1.79ish (and Barclays got a little bit peeved, to say the least, lol)

Several people contacted Kaspersky to find out when the year's license starts from (i.e. point of purchase or point of activation) and were advised it was from point of activation and keys were valid for a 3 year period from time of purchase.

HTH

The codes are valid for 3 years from issue, so they can be stacked.

Also, if you haven't used Kaspersky yet, install the software and use the 30 day free trial before entering your 1 year code - so you get 13 months instead of 12.

what do people think Kasperksy is going to lose? next year a lot of people will need to fork out £25 for a renewal licence....or hopefully this nice offer last till then,

By the way, anybody knows if the licence has an expire date? can i buy anothe one and use next year?

Don't worry. I can't imagine they'll attempt to identify you. But they may well tighten up verification. But perhaps you should be concerned about respecting Ramadan, not just fasting during it, assuming you're a muslim, a reasonable inference from your first name. As a reminder, it's about spiritual renewal, not encouraging fraud. A matter for you to reflect on, unless you care as little about your faith or morality as about committing a criminal offence and encouraging others to do the same. And if you like Bond, 007 certainly would have more class than this

Kaspersky and Barclays' are both big companies that have the resources to do it better, if they wanted. For example, if they really cared about it, the discount link would be individualized and available via Barclays' online banking, thus a) requiring the user to be able to log in to Barclays', and b) Not requiring the user to disclose their Barclays' account number to Kaspersky. If Kaspersky is happy to sell their product if I enter a random number into their form, because they don't care about validating it, I'm not going to complain

Can anyone confirm if this has an expiry date?

Kaspersky often have downloads like this that offer 1 year protection, with an expiry date in around 15 months, so if you activate in 5 months (for example), you only get the remaining 10.

Thanks
