I love this game, the second DLC is releasing in a couple of days, too. The Sky Fortress one added a jet backpack and made Rico feel like Iron Man.

The game still runs like crap and has major issues.

It ran fine for me on a GTX 970 and an i5-4690k, and that was right after the game came out. I tried it the other day with my 980Ti and maxed out at 1080p it wouldn't budge off 60fps.

What spec? Even with a relatively low end GTX 960 I get a stable 60fps on high @ 1080p.

Are you making this statement just cause you don't like the game?

I think he means on console. They've never addressed the poor frame rate when the action gets intense.

i was a few minutes too late to that deal.
This must be what the Brazilians must feel when Germany mention 7-1 all the time

Yep, on the PS4 when there is a lot happening it is just pants. Then there is the network dropouts which either crash the game or have to wait ages for it to login again. If I knew about the issues, I would have paid for the PC version rather then the PS4 version, but I live and learn.

100% Bottleneck from that CPU.

no way it's an old cpu but it won't bottleneck a gtx 970 enough that it won't play just cause

Why do graphically more impressive games like witcher gta 5 run so much better if my cpu was the bottleneck? Its still a modern cpu. There was massive controversy when the game launched and many people have forgotten about it but look at the steam forums.

I wasn't being game specific, I was stating that you CPU is bottlenecking your GPU regardless of game.
My 3570K @ 4.6Ghz bottlenecks the 780TI.
I didn't read the previous comments until this reply, no idea why you are having issues with Just Cause. Runs very smoothly for myself and should run fine with your specification.
