One of the most critically-acclaimed titles of the last generation, Journey, is bringing its eclectic experience to the PlayStation 4 (PS4) system in 2015. Originally developed by thatgamecomapany, the studio behind the award-winning PlayStation Network titles flOw & Flower, and remastered by Tricky Pixels for the PS4 system, players will have the opportunity to once again explore the exotic adventure in native 1080p resolution while targeting 60 frames per second. Journey garnered over 100 Game of the Year Awards, including wins from Game Developers Choice Awards, DICE Awards and the BAFTA Games Awards.

Same here. Paid £14.99 a fortnight ago from Smyths and I thought that was a bargain. This is Hot.

They dropped the price just now. I've bought mine on Saturday but now can't be arsed to drive 8 miles back and fourth for a fiver...

Probably better to get this on physical media as there's very little replay value - heat

Not sure I agree with you there - if you're one of the players that really loves the game, then there's a few hidden easter eggs and all the power-ups to collect to enable the white robe - I've found that other players in the game are some of the most helpful even though you can't directly communicate - I was helped to get my white robe by another player, and I've helped others get the same.
It's one of those games where every now and again, if I have a spare hour and a half, I'll run through just for the pleasant experience, certainly more so than getting blasted by swearing twelve year olds on COD.

Don't blame you. My store's just a hop, skip, and a jump from me though. Although a quick stock check tells me they have none in mine. I'm pretty sure I bought the last one the other week as I've not seen it in there since.

If within the return period, you can pop in with receipt and tell them you saw its been dropped a fiver and want to return and rebuy it at the same time. They might accept to refund you the fiver instead, lol

Haha. Not a bad idea. Trouble is, I pulled off that 28 day return anti-tamper sticker the other day when I fancied a game of Flower. Ah well.

I absolutely loved this game. Excellent little experience. It is all about experiencing a story in a very visual way. No spoken word, no combat, but a roller coaster of emotion and beauty. I can understand why some don't like it, but for those that do it's incredible.

And that's before you get to Flower, too (although I've not personally played flOw). Journey and Flower are games that show some of the range that games can really achieve, beyond your Call of Duty's and FIFA, not that there's anything wrong with liking them too.

Fair enough - I don't feel that way about it but then again, I have bought and played through Limbo on almost every format :stuck_out_tongue:

Hey it would be boring if we all liked the same things.
I just really like it even though I wouldn't really class it as a "game" - I can see it's quite "arty" which would normally turn me off if it was "for art's sake" but I just really like the concept and the imagery, everything really! Contrast that to Nobby Nobby Boy which I really wanted to like but just couldn't gel with...
I think I have Limbo somewhere as it was free on PS+ but I never really played it - I will dig it out again and make an effort on your recommendation!

Keep an eye on Amazon, they sometimes price match Smyths.
