Bought two boxes earlier today, been a while since I ate this! Normally tends to be £2, £1.34, I'll have a few!

Aldi's pecan & maple crisp is lovely too... chunky nutty clusters, highly recommended and always around £1.19 a box I think!

I never said there is a cereal to aid weight loss. I simply responded to a comment saying it isn't suitable for dieters! I know this is BS as this cereal keeps your stomach filled longer and really helps if you want to lose weight.

There's no such thing as a cereal for weight loss. From your two sentences you controlled you calorie intake and did exercise, not really a lot to do with this incredibly delicious cereal

Rubbish! I lost two stone over three months eating this cereal for my lunch with a healthy meal in the evening. One takeaway a week and walking 30 mins three times a week.

I've tried many cereals over the years, but there's none quite like the Jordans. Definitely going to stock up - cheers pal!

Do they have a no sugar version in these?
chrisbass to tarryboy
28 Jun 16#8
no, probably wouldn't make much difference as there is a lot of, albeit natural, sugar in the ingredients anyway. Not a cereal for weight loss that's for sure!
